Well, I said I'd wait until I heard from the GM, and she didn't say anything promising, regarding her shift managers disgusting nails as she dug into everything in there. I told her I was disgusted by her employee choosing to be cool over hygienic. All anyone has to do is have common sense, long nails (especially 4" long-no, NOT an exaggeration at all), and a violation of health codes!!! That Arby's person is cross contaminating everything her hands go to touch, with everything else that she touched. I'm not even going to type out anything behind closed restroom doors!!! 🤯🤢🤢🤮🤒😵💫😵

I told the GM I have no plans to go back if that ignorant person still sports those nasty nails. Who knows what nasty germd she's harboring in there!?!

Read moreI got the 2 for $6. My total was $6.32. gave the guy at the window $10.32. he came back with $3 and some change. I said I gave you the change I should get only dollars back. He said I never gave him change.Then the girl bagging food came over with an attitude and told me to stop yelling. I was not yelling and she says do you want you food and money or not 😡 excuse me just give me my stuff so I can leave. The girl went and talked to a bigger lady I'm assuming the manager. Next thing you know the window opens and the bigger lady said there and handed me my correct change and slammed the window. I sat there because I didn't even get my food yet. A minute goes by and she kind of flings the bag at me. A ask for Arby sauce she gave them to me. As I was driving off she was talking trash to me. Very very bad customer service there. Read moreI have given this location three tries. The first two, a guy was at the drive-through window and did not speak, Let me say that again, he DID NOT SPEAK. Not one word through the whole transaction. WHY does he have a job working with the public?! He only just stared at me until I realized he was in the window. He never spoke one word during the whole transaction. Tonight I gave it a third try, Besides, not asking me what size combo I wanted, the girl at the drive-through gave me my money in a pile with the change on top, and it dropped on the ground which I could not retrieve, and they didn’t reimburse me. Hey Arby’s! I thmuch crumpled up and handed to me. Some of my change fell on the ground, which I could not retrieve and I was not reimbursed for.
