Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Madison

Ordered Chicken BLT and The The Chick , along with sides and drinks. The Chicken BLT did not have Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato. The The Chick was ok, just added that picture to show no bacon was mistakenly put on it. The last three times I've ordered from the Madison location the order is missing something or wrong. I've attempted contacting by phone only to leave a voicemail that was never returned. I've also provided feedback surveys and emails. Never had a reply. So, bottom line is they can't get orders correct. Doordash drivers are great! I have tried to get it another try and unfortunately things have changed. Very disappointing. I've got 500 CSC points accumulated over the last few years. Don't know if I'll try to redeem then because that would be incorrect too. Because they are consistent when it comes...

I give a 2 since we had a pleasant experience previously. But WOW I’ve been laughing because this is the most ridiculous take out experience I’ve had. My husband ordered us dinner to-go. He comes home and opens what is supposed to be a Turkey Club, which comes with turkey, bacon, some sort of sauce, and veggies. We come to find that he was given a sandwich that consisted of bread and one piece of turkey, nothing else. And the pickle spear that came with it had a BITE taken out of it. I was SO surprised to see such service at a place that seems to try SO hard at being a warm and fuzzy mom and pop type chain. Super disappointed. The person I called was very apologetic and said they could get me a refund if I go back in to the store, but this experience was a bit gross to say...

Heard a lot of great things, so decided to order takeout. I got the Sassy Scotty on “toasted” white bread with pasta salad. I was a little disappointed in the serving size of pasta salad, and my boyfriends cup of soup wasn’t warm in the slightest.

The bread wasn’t actually toasted. Not sure if it’s pre-toasted or just barely toasted but it wasn’t crunchy at all and still squishy to the touch. The chicken salad was good, however, it was a little difficult to tell the difference between the Sassy Scotty and their basic chicken salad. The service was really nice, and nothing in our order was incorrect. Kinda torn, maybe I’ll just have to try something...
