Update Review: I have visited all 3 locations and this one by far is the absolute best! They get it right every single time with no complaints! It doesn’t even be the same person every time but the consistency of my coffee is always on point. Not sure what they’re doing but the other two locations should look into it and get on board, because my experience with them are always UNHAPPY! But this Madison location is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! And the wait is worth it!

I visit 1/30 to get a Carmel decaf coffee instead it was a regular decaf coffee no whip cream last week I order the same coffee and I could taste the Carmel I was very disappointed my experience there was the best if they didn’t no how to make it that’s all they had to say I have call Mny times since after 6 no one answer I even tip them but if I would have know my coffee wasn’t rite I wouldn’t have tip them I’m very upset and unhappy bout the problem I visit there a lot never had a bad...

Good drinks but haven’t been back since we ordered a large something with a styrofoam cup and the lid slipped off because it wasn’t on completely. it’s been years but i still remember. they gave me about 5 more napkins. It was a huge mess in my new car. The catch was half me right. So after spending a couple hours trying to clean out our new car and showering, I go inside Cups to buy. Up until the mess we were regulars....
