I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment my family and I received on January 19, 2025, during a phone call with the manager on duty at this location.
My family follows a particular diet that includes avoiding food coloring, and as such, I pack lunches for my six children to ensure their dietary needs are met. In the past, we have always been accommodated when bringing our own meals to Chuck e Cheese in Illinois and a variety of other establishments without any question. WE NEVER WERE DENIED! However, during this phone call, the manager blatantly dismissed our dietary needs. When I politely explained our situation, he questioned the legitimacy and authentic of my children’s restrictions and stated, “No, I can’t do that,” adding that this was simply his decision as the store’s manager.
I found this response to be both disrespectful and dismissive of my family’s health needs. It is deeply troubling that your establishment prioritizes profit over the well-being and inclusivity of families, especially when many businesses today strive to accommodate various dietary requirements.
this incident has left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as customers. I hope that your team will address this matter promptly so that no other families have to experience the same frustration...
Read moreMy visit was awful! Started off with the employee never opening the doors at opening time. Then when I went in the guy who I'm guessing is the manager apologized several times. He had to call over the host to let us order and she yelled "I'm coming, damn" - really classy for when you are working with kids 🤦
When she came up to the counter she acted like we were a inconvenience - she told her friend on FaceTime that they had to wait. She was on her phone the majority of the time we were there I noticed.
I also went up and asked if she could put the black parts things on the soda machine. So we could get soda. She replied with giving me a sigh and ya okay. 10 minutes later still nothing. There was only 2 other groups there of 4 people, she wasn't helping anyone and was more worried about Facetiming her friend. Thankfully about 10 mins later a manager came out and I asked him if he could do it and told him I asked her but see seems to busy on her phone!
You could also tell the manager was rather annoyed but couldn't do anything because she just wouldn't listen. They were probably better off sending her home because she seemed pretty worthless!!!
Also the dining area was really dirty :/ all tables were dirty and carpets looked like they needed to be vacuumed. Over...
Read moreA few months ago I went there for my son’s birthday party, he is disabled and terminally ill. He has always had an interest in specifically animatronics and since I as a single mom couldn’t afford to leave the state he was hoping to go see Chuck E Cheese. They didn’t have the animatronics which was a bummer for him but I suppose that was my issue for not doing my research. We had bought a birthday cake and I had seen some liquid on the top of the cake that looked like spit. I was of course was upset and asked about it. Our host was Bianca and she said not to worry about it and to scrape it off. I requested a new cake and she walked away. I looked in the way she was walking and I had seen her talking to some children that looked maybe 10 and had said to them that “that table is being a bunch of c*nts”. I requested a refund and they refused to get me one. My son was really upset by this experience and so was I. I don’t plan on going to this location until...
