My family and I ate here last night for the first time, and it was fantastic! Since we went early on a Sunday, there was plenty of parking and no wait. Although we did call ahead to ensure we would not have problems getting seated, we did not have a reservation.

My mom and I started with the Babagannush, which we enjoyed with their delicious homemade bread. It was a good thing that there were only 3 pita rolls in the bread basket, because, like at so many ethnic restaurants, we could easily sit and eat the bread all day. Not to mention that it was my first time trying Babagannush, and I loved it so much that I had to put the rest aside to take home so I would have room for dinner!

Next came the stuffed cabbage and chicken shish, which we loved. I am normally not a fan of cabbage; however, the stuffed cabbage sounded good, so I wanted to try it. Three stuffed cabbage rolls served covered in tomato sauce and filled with a flavorful ground meat mixture, with some yogurt sauce on the side, helped me to see cabbage in a different light. As delicious as it was, I still had leftovers. I was starting to get full.

However, Mom and I managed to save room for a little treat-Baklava for the win. Having this sweet, flaky pastry already cut into 4 little squares really helped, as this dessert is so rich that it's definitely shareable, even though it's average size. Two little squares each of sweet, flaky pastry goodness covered with nuts were the perfect ending to our meal. As difficult as it was, we passed on taking an extra Baklava home with us, although we each took home our dinner leftovers.

Of course, the food was so amazing that we gobbled it up before we could get a picture, lol, but that says it all. None of us went home hungry! The service was also very good, and I loved the atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I will definitely be coming back here! Thank you for a...

Very happy that we could discoverer this authentic Turkish place located in my area and not too from my house! We love Mediterranean food and atmosphere and always happy to explore new places around or where ever we go .

First when we came in I was lil bit surprised that we’re not too crowded and the place was not too busy. Maybe because it was a Sunday. We ordered some appetizers, they came fast enough and were delicious! My husband found one of them ( fried liver) not salty enough though which was absolutely fine for me ! Then we had a combination platter kebab which was absolutely delicious. It’s a big portion and definitely enough for 2 people! It has a mix of different types of kebabs which gives you the option to try more ! All meets were juicy , perfectly cooked and spiced! Rice 🍚 was very tasty and not sticky at all !

Since the appetizers and main course were good we decided to order dessert! Usually I only do that when I really really enjoyed all the rounds of food before! That was that case sure. Baklava with a Turkish tea were delicious as well! I loved that were 4 pieces in portion which is perfect for sharing for 2 people! Because usually we fight for dessert if it’s good enough lol.

One more big plus about this place that it’s BYOL !

Can’t wait to stop again and try more...

What a great experience, and a place that I wish we tried much sooner.

Really cute atmosphere, dimly lit and warm, with enough space for a casual and intimate dinner. This place is putting out some of the best Turkish/Mediterranean food we’ve had in NJ, with the Shepherds Salad being bright and fresh; Babaganoush was clean, simple, and super crushable (especially with some herb oil drizzled on top)… and the bread service alone was legit: Super warm, and perfect for sopping up anything on your plate.

We tried the branzino and lamb chop/chicken shish combo plate. I may have over indulged by ordering a side of their house “gyro” meat… but was certainly not disappointed with the cook and flavor of anything we had. The combo plate was the star of the night, but would gladly order all of it again.

We had just enough room for an order or baklava… and seriously considered getting another one to go. Passed on that idea knowing we will happily be back.

Great service, BYOB, reasonable prices, and delicious...

We went there for our wedding anniversary dinner. Reasonable price and good portion. According to Google map, their busiest time is 7pm, so I made reservation for 6:30pm. There were only 2 other tables there so we got to pick the front window table. Not really recommend the veal liver hot appetizer. I think it was a bit over fried and not much taste. I was expecting maybe pan fried slices, but they were like deep fried nuggets. We needed to ask for some yogurt sauce and added a little salt to them. Very hot fresh bread and they served with both olive oil and butter. 👍 I ordered the grilled lamb chop and my wife had the lamb shish, both came out perfectly as we ordered, medium. The parties started showing up just when we were finishing our dinner. I would recommend this place. It's some distance away from the main restaurant area, so it's kind of cozy and we loved it. Will definitely go back again.
