I work for the children’s father, so I know what was said between the two of you and I know you’re distorting his words.

To begin with, check YOUR answer to the person called Abir. Their review is right below mine. YOU said I have never been in your store, which means you do NOT know what you’re saying, as I have been into your store many times with the kids and in ALL of them your manager was rude with us.

My screaming WILL have home ANYWHERE and ANYTIME someone RUDE, like your manager, tries to use their limited power to look cool.

Again: check your cameras to ALL the times I’ve been there. I took the kids there several times during the summer.

You are a terrible professional if you can’t train your staff properly and don’t know what’s going on inside your own store. On top of that, you allow your manager to tell your customers that he is A PROUD OWNER!

What a waste of my energy!

Hello to the owner of the place who responded to Abir’s review.

You need to get better information from your staff or give them better training, because I am the nanny who your manager screamed at and I, of course, screamed back at him.

First of all, I went to the store MANY times before the incident with the children under my care. Your manager has been ALWAYS rude with us in all of them. He addressed the children DIRECTLY about things that - in my over 30 years of experience with children - are normal HAPPY LOVED VIVID kid’s behaviour: -laughing -chatting vividly -joking around -etc

I was the adult with them, then your manager should speak with me, not directly with the children under MY CARE - that’s how everything started. Had he followed the law and being polite, I wouldn’t be here writing this review.

Your manager said my children were running and that they would destroy the store. Your store is small, so can you tell me how could they possibly run? They’re children, so how could they destroy the store? Your manager also said “I don’t care”, upon me saying I would inform the children’s parents about what happened at the store. Your manager even suggested us to go to the store across the road, since according to him my children don’t know how to behave in public (something around these terms). Your manager had the audacity to even say, when I informed him I would never come to the store again, “please, do me that favour!”.

I asked him if he owned the store and he answered “I’m a proud owner!”, then I answered “shame on you, as your store is disgusting just like you, since it’s not kids friendly!”.

The whole point here is what’s right: a stranger SHOULD NEVER address directly to a minor in public, period! In all the times I’ve been at the store your manager did that. I just couldn’t handle anymore and things got heated up between us!

Since I won’t be able to answer to your possible answer to my review, please, feel free to take a look to the cameras with audios of ALL THE TIMES that I’ve been at your store, then give me a call and let’s talk about it before you go around telling people to get the whole story when giving you bad reviews, since you are the one who needs to do...

If you are looking for a fine variety of ice cream, this is your place, however it comes at a price.

Walking in, it feels like any other mom and pop ice cream shop. Limited seating and a lot of families come in, so if you come during rush time, expect to wait a while.

Why would wait a while? It mostly due to the inefficient way of service. Tack that on with lots of kids and your wait time for ice cream can be in the 10's or 20's of minutes.

However, when you I did eventually order, so many options of flavors and toppings. Good proportions and excellent tasting ice cream were my treat for my patience.

What did get me though was the price, two sundaes with toppings and I was paying close to 15 dollars. It's a bit steep considering it is a mom and pop shop. I can go to other places and pay half that for the same amount of food.

If it's your only option, then it's not bad to go to, however you can find better value for your time and money at...

i find very rude management a big deterrent to this place. i ordered 4 quarts of ice cream and was given a pickup time. upon arrival, a very rude woman who i believe is the assistant manager informed me i shouldn’t be placing a large order online without leaving a tip during ordering AND ordering past 8pm!

firstly, if you don’t want to take online orders past a certain time, then don’t allow online ordering after a designated time. my assigned pickup time set by the store was 40 minutes after i placed order.

secondly, i choose to tip in cash in the store upon pickup. after her attitude and rude statements, i left her nothing.

won’t be ordering again. there are many other places. i try to support local merchants, but their consistent rudeness has caused me to rethink going back again. management needs a team building meeting and review course in...
