This location started out strong but things have changed for the worse. The food had been very good, always hot, and always made accurately.
Recently, my online order was wrong. The manager reached out right away to apologize and refund the order. She also offered two free meals, which was very nice.
We went in person last night to place a carry out order, which was for three macs, one salad, and an order of toasties. It took an hour to receive this food, and we found out when we got home that the dressing was missing from the salad and the toasties were not in the bag. One mac was piping hot; the other two were lukewarm. We suspect that the hot mac had been remade (while the other two sat there and cooled down) and the original incorrectly given to someone who came in for a carryout order while we were there. After that person left, staff prepared a bag with food and called her name. When they realized she had left, they basically shrugged it off and put her food off to the side, saying it would be there if she came back in. We asked twice how much longer our order would take, as four walk-in orders that were placed after ours were filled before ours. Each time, we were told it was almost ready. The staff member I spoke with was rude and very sarcastic.

This location has banned me from their establishment for me receiving bad service. Who would have thought that was a thing!? Pam, this locations general manager has personally banned me from entering the building and ordering food. What a joke, I cannot even fathom the management this restaurant has employed. Just wow.
Hopefully this review is taken seriously and a solution is formulated. I love Macs, I am a manager for the tropical smoothie cafe next door and I am a frequent customer at this Macs location. Every time I come in, employees are never attentive. Always on the other side of the restaurant, ignoring customers, in their hidey hole by the kitchen opening, doing nothing. I stood in line for 7 minutes before being helped yesterday and today 5 mins. Yesterday my food was REMADE 2 times, today it was made twice. When I was there yesterday the phone was ringing for 10 minutes straight with no answer, the food took 25 mins to get out and It was STILL messed up. And today I don’t even know how to explain the disorganization. These employees need to be retrained IMMEDIATELY or there needs to be some sort of intervention. Absolutely ridiculous. Read moreLet me start off by saying that this was one of the best food experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I tried Macs for the first time this week and it was absolutely incredible. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch mac & cheese and let me tell you it is an experience I will never forget. I went in for the first bite… it was absolutely delicious… the noodles were cooked perfectly, the sauce was so thick and creamy that it dripped down when you picked up the fork, the chicken was cooked to perfection, the bacon added that much needed bite, and the ranch tied everything together. It was so good I had to scrape the bowl clean. I easily devoured it in under 4 minutes. It was incredible. Words cannot describe how magnificent this dish was. It made me moan and bust my pants in delightfulness. This dish is better than an orgasm. I truly think I am addicted to this place… I’ve been thinking about it for the past 2 days… Just writing this review is making my stomach crave this Mac & cheese. Truly a 10/10 experience.
