McDonald’s your employees at the location next to my house are disgusting and that store should be closed down. I have video proof and the you can check your cameras as well. So we had a bad experience before and had a free value meal coupon from a manager. So we went through the drive at 8:58pm to a location that closes when it wants to but is suppose to be 24 hours. But for months it has been closing at 10pm. So about 10 minutes before we go there we actually drive by the one at 2733 E. Washington Avenue, Madison wi and thought about going to that location because they are just a little bit better than the location that we went to that is directly across the street from my house at 2901 Dryden Dr. Madison WI 53704. But we were on the other side of the street and it was 8:45 so we had enough time to get there before they close. We get there at 8:58. There is a car directly in front of ordering and when we move up there is silence. We keep saying hello hello and nothing but we see everybody being served even the car that was directly in front of us. So the manager is talking to the other customer giving them there food and he is giving us these evil eyes which is weird. So i try and cal the locations number to ask them if they are closed because nobody would tell us. Even the cook who came out just gave us a dirty look, ignored us and went back into the restaurant. So now all the cars in front of us have their food, also the white car that was in front of us even gave their McDonald cup that was in their car before they went to the restaurant to the manager and refilled it for them but we were still ignored and treated less than. Even the phone calls were ignored. We sit at the window for about 7 minutes the employees and managers keep looking at us and saying nothing and it’s like. 9:07 pm now. I know this location is not as important because it is a all black neighborhood but they usually give us the curtesy off saying we’re closed. The doors were still open so my mom went in and said if you guys are closed you could at least tell the customers because there was cars behind us. The manager quickly walked to the back and left a very young employee to talk to us and he said it was three cooks in the back and he was overwhelmed because he was the only one working the front inside and the drive thru so he took off his headset after he took the car that was in front of us order. I know you guys get complaints after complaint and you can even look up the reviews and see how horrible this location is but just because it’s in a black neighborhood doesn’t mean you can give us a Caucasian manager who know for fact the blacks in the community don’t matter, from the way he treats the employee to the way he treats the customer. Also The fry cook actually looked filthy we he came out and gave us the evil eye as well he was an overweight Caucasian man, I’m putting that in there because the employee said it was three cooks and I don’t want you guys to talk to the wrong cook. Please do something, I live across the street and rather go 10 minutes and above to a different McDonald’s to save myself the headache.i would love to send video or you can check your cameras. Read moreHere is a picture of the very lackluster Big Mac I ordered tonight. I rarely go to McDonalds anymore because they raised the prices of the Dollar menu for the morning so items are no longer a dollar and they're definitely not worth more. I went here because I was craving fries and a burger so I ordered a Big Mac meal and they were out of Coca Cola, the one thing that is better at McDonald's than anywhere else. How are they out of Coke at 10:30 at night on a Wednesday? Also the drive thru took forever and you could tell the fries had been sitting in that tray for a while even though they were hot. They were overly salty and I should've requested no salt so they were made fresh because for something that costs $7-8 it should be fresh and better made. I would've drove to the one across from Ellas Deli but that ones kind of a cesspool of unhappy employees as well and both locations mess up my very simple orders all the time when I usually only order one or two food items.
Edit: Raising my rating from one star up to two just because I respect the owners giving a response but it seems even with these copy and pasted responses to negative reviews months ago nothing has really changed. I did try to go again at 2:20am on September 15th, 2017 for a McNuggets meal but after sitting for 2 minutes I just drove off with no response from the drive thru and I saw two cars sitting at the window waiting for food with some girl sweeping in the lobby I guess not helping to move things along quicker. So I drove to the mcdonalds across from Ellas Deli on East Washington Ave and the nice Mexican guy who works third shift there greeted me the second I drove up. It's close to my house anyway so not a big deal. It seems new management for the night shift on Northport might be in order because they're definitely not doing their job to make it so people aren't sitting in the drive they for 20 minutes for one meal or waiting for a response on the intercom for more than 5 minutes. Read moreI live down the street from this restaurant, so it is convenient to grab something quick, but after the horrible customer service, constant consistent mistakes to orders in the past, I have decided to take my business else where. The last insistent was earlier this week I went to get breakfast. After the long wait with only me in line, I was asked if I would like a receipt. I declined. I was given my food and left to home. When I got home my sandwich was jacked! I simply ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and instead got a biscuit with egg and a slice of sausage. Not what I ordered, again. So now I call the store and guess what? There phone isn’t working, It’s been disconnected for going on a year now! Wow McDonald’s! So I’m getting irritated and head back to the store where I speak with a manager. I simply say to her, “I come here all the time and at least half that time my order is jacked! The customer service here is horrible. And do you have a phone here?? She said no the phone is out for almost a year now. She then asks do I have a receipt, I said, “no, I was asked if I wanted one, I said no.” She then said we’ll we need a receipt, 🤯 I asked her why they ask the customer if they have a receipt if it’s their policy to have receipt. She didn’t know what to say besides “ your gonna have to come back later when my big boss is here to help you. I then told her how I ordered off the app and have a timestamp so she could check her computer to see my order. She’s gonna said you’re still gonna have to wait for my big boss to be here. I said this is ridiculous, how hard is it to replace my meal? She then stated yo me that they didn’t have to serve me and had the right to refuse service to me. I said “really??
