Meh. Let's be rational, certain times of the day mean more business and therefore slightly delayed service. Yes, the premise is that it's "fast food" and therefore should be whipped up quicker than you can conjure up a thought about how abysmal the service is, but from a logical perspective, the food is still fast, considering it takes roughly 10 minutes or more to cook macaroni and cheese (slightly longer if you shred some cheese to add to it, delicious, I might add). Only other food quicker than McDonald's is Top Ramen, and let's face it, that's why you're at McDonald's buying off of the dollar menu, right? Burnt out, but I am getting off topic here... My experience has been much better since the new manager has worked the mornings. There have been MANY instances in the past where I have literally had to leave my order behind just to catch my bus to work. I have not had that issue since this new manager has started working the mornings (maybe he works the graveyard? I don't know), either way, I can say with great satisfaction that I FINALLY get to order my iced coffee (and food, if I am hungry), safe in the comfort of knowing I will be walking out with it in a matter of minutes. I also go in there roughly between 6-6:15am on the Friday and Saturdays I work, but business is usually picking up around that time. So I dare say that naysayers obviously frequent the store at their busiest hours and base that experience toward a negative review. Try going back during less busy hours, there's a graph above that details their peak hours, and it's very convenient. This McDonald's is also much cleaner. Again, I only order from there the 2 days I work, and everything seems to be operating at peak performance WITH nice employees, other times of the day might yield different staff and different environments. So, 5 stars...
Read moreHorrible. I am a doordash driver and everytime I’ve accepted an order at this location I hesitate every time.. because everytime I have showed up they don’t do the order.. either they are closed (says they are 24 hours), are only cooking one thing on the menu.. last time it was chicken nuggets only.. I get being short staffed.. but they should turn off doordash when they are having these issues. Especially when they aren’t open.. I waste my time and gas driving here and I won’t any longer. Tonight I pulled in right behind someone and sat there about 10 minutes while the customer moved ahead.. all the lights lit up waiting for someone to answer the drive thru.. nothing.. so I backed up and went forward thru it again.. nothing. Pulled up to the window and the worker just looked at me.. said nothing.. I sat there waiting looking at him.. called the store in front of him.. no answer.. then he just yelled at me through the window I’m sure letting me know they were closed but he had a mask on so I couldn’t tell.. I signaled to open the window.. he shook his head no at first and I continued to wait until he did.. then he finally said they are closed.. I said I had a doordash order and that it says they are open 24 hours.. he said not tonight.. at least turn off the drive thru lights so people get a hint rather than just ignoring them! Not okay. I won’t be doordashing at this location anymore due to so many issues and never actually being able to get an order here. I’m in the parking lot now and have seen several cars now come through to try to order.. which means they still haven’t shut off any lights and people are just going to wait themselves to the point of irritation realizing no one is going to help...
