I ordered the Royal Ultimate Chocolate brownie, small. I can tell you exactly what goes in the blizzard. 2 scoops of choco chunks, 2 scoops of brownie pieces, and half a pump of cocoa fudge, blended, then put cold fudge as the core. What the gave me didn't have enough cocoa fudge (it was a very light chocolate color, like an off-white. If it was portioned correctly it would be been significantly darker). Furthermore they put Cocoa fudge as the core. When I brought it back and pointed out there was cocoa fudge in the core, they told me that the sign for the blizzard just says "fudge core" and that they didn't have cold fudge. This isn't how the blizzard is supposed to be made and if you pull up the official dairy queen recipe card for the blizzard it will say cold fudge core. These were the major issues. A minor notable issue is that they didn't cover up the core very well. The cocoa fudge sat on top of the blizzard like a sad chocolate puddle. The staff were moderately friendly though and even remade the blizzard for me with out the cocoa fudge core though it tasted terrible and wasnt properly portioned either. Read moreLast week, I went through the drive thru to pick up 2 mocha moolattés. When I got to the window, I handed the young girl my debit card. She handed me my 2 drinks and my card back to me. She didn't speak to me. Nothing... not even thank you. The mocha moolattes looked different than usual and were very runny. I left and was drinking mine on my way home. It did not taste like the drink I ordered at all. I figured it was just me but when my husband drank his, he said it tasted wrong too. So, then tonight, I decided to go inside to get a sundae to go. I stood at the counter and watched 3 girls walk past me talking to each other. I stood there for a few minutes, then walked out. Not one employee acknowledged I was even at the counter. I was the only patron inside, and only 1 car in the drive thru. (I know this because I was going to go drive thru but decided to go in because of the last drive thru situation. Read moreDo not recommend going here. Staff of girls are just here for a paycheck. Presented my 0.89 cent ice cream cone to them and they charged my card $4! I asked if they charged me $4 as I got the alert on my bank statement on my phone, and the girl with black hair said no. I asked for the receipt. She looked at the receipt and folded the receipt up multiple times. I looked at it and was charged $4. She walked away from the windows when I tried getting her attention. I honked and she walked away. She knew what she did. Not a very honest person at all. A male came over and said he heard on the head set there was an issue at the window. He gave me cash for the overcharge. The guy was great and said he was sorry. The girl with the black hair was not honest at ALL! she did triple the work for the same result. This delayed me as I was getting ice cream for someone only to have it melted severely by the time I got there. And they need to work on their cones!
