Boneyard Grill — Restaurant in Madison

My husband got a Rueben special, was hard and very tough,it was disapointing,we have eaten here at boneyard a few times,this is the first time it really disapointed us ,I got a salad (Cobb) ,the salad itself was good ,but I added a steak to it ,it was also disappointing ,it was cold,not even warm ,I mean cold ,and also tough what 1 or 2 bites i took , waitress ,never ask if everything was ok ,if we needed anything,never came to our table,but once after we received our food and that was to drop off the bill,and never said anything, just laid it on table,I then had to go up to the bar to pay,after waiting for her to come to table for about 10 min.we love coming here usually a very nice and fun atomosphere,and very social bartender,but was very,very ,disappointed this visit,with everything ,the food,and the service,but we will or probly try it 1 more time ,can not take 1 bad experience with 2or 3good ones ,hope the next visit, is worth our money,,and the food,and the service is much better then this time ,or it will be our last visit,thistime time ,I will give you a 1,hope you improve a lot ,on the...

I went there today with my brother after we had just planned out fathers funeral and when I walked in and sat down, I could hear two of the servers argu6over who was going to take our table. The one that took us was not very polite. She was staring how much she wanted to slit her wrist if another person walked in the door...She was visibly and verbally upset with taking our table. We placed our order (two burgers with fries) 30 minutes went by. A group of men came through and sat behind us. There was 4 or 5 of them. Within 10 minutes they had food. Our server never stopped at our table, never checked on us... nothing. After a few more minutes I stopped another server and asked her if I could speak to the shift manager. I explained to her what my order was and that I had been waiting 40 minutes for a burger. She went to check...came back and told me our order was never placed. She offered to make us something to go... I declined and stood to walk out and another server said "sorry guys". Horrible...

I don't know where these people thought they was at but my first and last time to ever eat there the food wasn't good the service wasn't good the people that work there was rude for the fact my wife had to get up from the table and ask to talk to someone about the food and when she seen i guess the guy that cooks the food walk past she had stoped him and he blew her off like it wasn't his issue and that she need it to find someone else...the waitress had forgot to place our order after she walked away from our table we had almost been sitting there at our table for about 45 mins before she had came back to our table asking us what we had order then we tell her and then get our food and it was all wrong she wanted us to wait around for the replacement I then just had a enough and walked out...THE GOOD THING IS WE DIDNT HAVE TO PAY!!!
