QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Madison

Ingredients are always fresh, although the meats are sometimes overcooked and burnt and the rice can be dry at times. I recommend never getting a burrito here, as they are constantly switching out employees and not training them well causing my burritos to be double wrapped, or have ingredients spilling out, or extremely small, and sometimes all three of these things at once. I frequent this place as it’s very close to my house, though I have been going to chipotle much more recently, but I will change this review if they start training their employees more thoroughly. It makes sense that employees switch out so quickly as I have read in other reviews that people have heard the manager there yelling at them. An added note, I read a review about people finding hairs in their food from this store, I once found hair in my burrito but assumed it was my own… I’m second guessing that now, and because of this will be dropping my review...

Ordered three steak tacos with lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and citrus lime vinegarette with a side of chips and pico today through DoorDash but I received steak tacos with huge chunks of lettuce, chunks of tomatoes and avocado. I was hoping that the vinegarette would be comparable to what Pancheros has but I didn't get any on my tacos. That is the whole reason I ordered tacos from Qdoba is because I have been wanting Pancheros steak tacos but don't have a location near me. I should have just drove out of my way to get Pancheros because the Qboba tacos were horrible with no flavor and soggy taco shells. I had to add my own lime juice and cilantro to try and give the tacos and pico flavor. I gave up after one taco and threw the rest of the tacos and pico away. This is probably the worst customer experience I have ever experienced! I just waited in the line for 40 min and had to leave without being served because the workers would not stop doing mobile orders instead of helping anyone in line. I arrived at 12:20 and had class at 1 pm and there was probably 15 people in front of me in line and was not able to be served in 40 min!!!Absolutely ridiculous! There was 5 employees behind the line and no reason that the people in the store should have been ignored like that.
