I get into the drive through at 135 am. I see a line of cars and I tell myself, "oh, it must be all my Arvin Sango buddies also getting off work and wanting a cheeseburger." I laugh a little. Except the line isn't moving. I talk to myself, "Let's give it a few minutes." I say to myself looking at the clock, listening to some music. Only around 142 am the line still hasn't moved.
Keep in mind this is Sunday morning, we Saturday Gang getting off work, we're hungry. I get that. But a line that doesn't move for seven minutes? I've seen McDonald's packed here in Madison and it still move.
Gotta be better folks. Get rid of that automated drive through system and go back to having people talk. Shortly after I drove out through the pick up line, I went straight for Taco Bell. Not shortly after I seen some more people behind me. Was in and out in less the time than I waited at this drive through.

Read moreWent on a Saturday night through the drive thru. The AI bot taking the order was super confusing. We ordered the t pain meals and it asked if we wanted the meals medium or large which to us meant medium is what it comes with. It is not and the total was higher than expected. Had to pull to the window as the bot didn't understand. The employee fixed the order and said medium was an up charge but that is not how the bot described it. When we got our food there was barely anything in the value containers for the fries and chicken bites. Also both sandwiches were actually cold... I believe the employees got mad when we said we didn't want medium and purposely served the meals like this. Not a great experience...
