Judith the barista treated me like absolute trash in the drive through. I had a terrible morning and I accidentally drove past the speaker when I came to pick up my mobile order. I was tired, and it was a mistake. I quickly apologized to the barista who greeted me at the window, and he immediately laughed and said “it’s okay!” When he turned to get my drinks, Judith, came up to the window and rudely said, “You need to stop at the speaker. It doesn’t matter if you have a mobile order!” And quickly turned away, not even acknowledging me or letting me say it was an accident. I had a rough morning already and was treated like trash upon stopping at my favorite coffee place. She came back to the window, I was in tears and asked for her name, to which she replied, “I don’t need to give you my name. You can call my manager.” I told her to give me my drinks and keep her mouth closed during interactions she isn’t apart of. She slammed the window shut, and refused to give me my food or drinks. I sat for 3 minutes in the drive through, with people behind us, until a blonde barista let me tell her what happened, made us our drinks, apologized for her coworker’s behavior and gave us gift cards. Read moreGiving four stars because I come here all the time and never have problems, but today was an exception. I used the drive-thru with a friend. We ordered two cocoa cloud macchiatos. We got to the window and the guy working handed us two drinks and said “They’re caramel cloud, like you ordered, even though the sticker says cocoa”. I told him that we ordered cocoa. He apologized and said we could have the caramel ones for free and they would make what we ordered. Then a girl in the back yelled that they were actually the cocoa ones, so we said okay thanks and drove away. Tried our drinks and yep, they were caramel. Ugh. Wasn’t sure if the girl actually thought she made the right drink or if she just didn’t want to remake them, but it was really frustrating. This particular experience was a 2-star. Read moreI’m a driver and I drive all around the Madison city every day. I go to almost every other Starbucks location and I get the best of the service and products as always but not this location. I just wanted to get refill regular coffee like how I get it from every other location after I purchased my first coffee of the day. The manager Ash strongly informed me that she has been working longer here and I can’t get any coffee refills unless if I sit in the place. Is there different rules for only this location or management is putting rules how ever they like it ? Why am I able get coffee refills from every other location but not here.
