As a loyal customer who orders from your location 3-4 times a week for both breakfast and lunch, I have always been impressed. In fact, I enjoy your restaurant so much that I've included it in our office's monthly lunch rotation, and our entire team enjoys the food every time.
I recently experienced a minor issue with a breakfast delivery, which I learned was due to a mix-up with the DoorDash driver. Spencer addressed the situation immediately, reassuring me that he valued my business. He promptly took care of the charges from my initial order and encouraged me to place a new order for delivery. Although my original order was ready, Spencer insisted on remaking it to ensure its freshness and offered to send both orders.
Shortly after, a DoorDash driver arrived with only a sample item—a thoughtful gesture from Spencer. Unfortunately, the rest of my order was missing. Spencer, already aware of the issue, was on the phone with DoorDash, attempting to resolve the problem. When DoorDash couldn't return to complete the delivery, your team took it upon themselves to ensure I received my complete order, turning a potential problem into a positive experience. My colleagues were thoroughly impressed with how the situation was handled.
