I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I consistently receive from your restaurant. As a loyal customer who orders from your location 3-4 times a week for both breakfast and lunch, I have always been impressed. In fact, I enjoy your restaurant so much that I've included it in our office's monthly lunch rotation, and our entire team enjoys the food every time.

I recently experienced a minor issue with a breakfast delivery, which I learned was due to a mix-up with the DoorDash driver. Spencer addressed the situation immediately, reassuring me that he valued my business. He promptly took care of the charges from my initial order and encouraged me to place a new order for delivery. Although my original order was ready, Spencer insisted on remaking it to ensure its freshness and offered to send both orders.

Shortly after, a DoorDash driver arrived with only a sample item—a thoughtful gesture from Spencer. Unfortunately, the rest of my order was missing. Spencer, already aware of the issue, was on the phone with DoorDash, attempting to resolve the problem. When DoorDash couldn't return to complete the delivery, your team took it upon themselves to ensure I received my complete order, turning a potential problem into a positive experience. My colleagues were thoroughly impressed with how the situation was handled.

• managers name was spencer* Whoever the manager was on 3/4/2025 from 8pm-9pm yesterday should be retrained and reevaluated. Me and my friends had online orders and placed them at 8:20, by the time they were ready or was 8:35 along with other customers orders for uber eats. since they close 9 we decided to quickly eat our food in the restaurant. The manager with glasses and a hat, slammed the fruit case lid extremely hard and loud after handing us our food, then proceeded to bang the trash can around everywhere being extremely hostile and rude making us completely uncomfortable. He also very rudely told us we had 20 to get out of his store and we said alright thank you. we were cleaning up at 8:50 ready to leave when another customer came to place an order at the cashier and also was treated wrong. I want the cameras to be checked to confirm and witness this extremely rude and scary behavior he had and they way he treated us just for coming in at 8:30 when they close at 9 when there were so many other customers placing...

I went to Tropical Smoothie this morning and in the past, have not had great experiences with the manager. He is constantly grumpy, angry, passive aggressive, and treats everyone including his other employees like they are below him. He is always making side comments about orders, and how people should order online. My friends and I ordered three item menus while nobody else was in the store, and he threw a fit. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service and will be going to other locations...
