I’ve worked in customer service for many years and I always try to be a good customer to customers service workers since I know how it can be but today my experience went very poorly the girl who helped us genuinely made me feel bad about myself. Went here through the drive through to order some drinks and the girl who took my order and who gave me and my friends the drink was extremely rude. I understand maybe she couldn’t hear me through the strong rain but she was being very passive aggressive the whole time I was ordering drinks when I tried ordering a lunch menu sandwhich that I didn’t know the name of but I was trying to explain what it had. All she said was “umm that could literally be anything” with an attitude instead of helping. I just wanted some help ordering my sandwhich. I ended up ordering a different breakfast sandwhich because of how bad she made me feel I didn’t feel comfortable to keep asking for what I wanted and I just didn’t wanna make her more mad. Once we got to the window my friend tried paying but she didn’t see the tip option at first and just tried tapping her card which pissed off the girl even more and even talked to her very passive aggressively and gave her a rude face. At this moment we honestly just wanted to get out of there. We’ve been to different starbucks before and they’re always very sweet but this experience at this location made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Read moreI am writing this as someone who’s been a shift lead at caribou and is a fairly regular customer at this location, has trained new employees, and dealt with hours long non-stop busyness with out water or bathroom breaks. This girls attitude was unwarranted and honestly I would have written her up, at minimum given her an official verbal warning, had she been my employee and I saw/heard it. I was in at approximately 3:15pm on 06/19 with a baby and had ordered a nitro ahead. Normally these get filled at the pick up area but the girl working hot and cold bar (6-7 cars in the drive through and no one in line at the register) blatantly ignored me for a few minutes as I was juggling a car seat with a fussy baby and when I asked about getting the nitro filled she replied in a snotty tone that I had go up to the register to get it filled. The girl at the register was nice, and I think newer and the snotty girl was not terribly nice to her either. I’ve never had this issue with this location so whoever that female employee is needs a major attitude adjustment on how she talks to customers. If she had acknowledged my presence and said she was too busy to fill it at the moment and I needed to take it up to the register, like human being, this review would not be being written. Read moreThis is my first negative review I have ever left in my life. I stopped in to get 2 drinks with my son. My son got his drink almost instantly and very quickly but while waiting for my 2nd drink the barista seemed to be bypassing my drink and prioritizing other orders when we were in the only ones waiting for drinks inside the store. I must note there was also other baristas in the store as well, however they werent rude like this specific barista. I kindly asked if she was making my iced drink after already waiting and recieving one and she said “No. its coming.” and after another 10 minutes I asked “I think you missed my drink order.” and she said “No. Its coming.” I then left the store and went outside to wait another 5-10 minutes and after at least 15-20 minutes my drink was still not ready and I need to emphasize we were still the only ones waiting for drinks inside the store. The barista stated that her name was Jordan which was the barista which was rude. I decided to leave without my drink and without getting my money back.
