I will preface, I have never reviewed a fast food restaurant before, I am one of the kindest people when it comes to food service, heck, I was a waitress myself through all of high school and college so I even have a soft spot for them. But this location... wow.
I've been here five times now as it is down the road from where I work and they've screwed up my order every single time. In the customer service industry, subway especially, where communication is REQUIRED to perform your job correctly... you'd think you would be able to even kind of speak the common language enough to correctly perform your job. There are only two men who work there, every single time and only one knows even the littlest bit of English while the other knows none and the younger of the two has to translate to him to even get your sandwich made correctly... and it still never is.
Oh and their prices are astronomical! Quite frankly almost twice the price of the rest of the subways around here. AND on top of that, they don't even take their own coupons.
And on top of that they're incredibly rude, just the lousiest customer service I have ever experienced within...

This upset us so much that we had to leave the restaurant because the atmosphere was so unwelcoming. It was obvious that he was denying a service. Read moreI'm not sure what happened to this store or when they came under new management but I can attest that the workers do give you the least amount of meat and vegetables.. I found out that a standard Subway footlong is to have 6 slices of tomatoes, they give me 4.. when I ask for extra (because I only do lettuce and tomatoes on my BLT) they only add 2 more, AND then if you ask for more then they say "no more". All the other Subways give you a decent amount to begin with so you don’t have to continuously ask for “more”. As a result I don’t go here because you should get what...
