Stopped by at 8:10p with an exhausted child who was super hungry after missing dinner for an urgent care visit. At 8:47p we received our food which was literally only a bean burrito and cinnamon twists and less than $3. By 8:30p my child was sobbing in pain begging me to leave. Unfortunately the drive through is one car lane wide and we were boxed in with 4 cars in front and one behind. I get it, you’re short staffed, you’re doing the best you can, I’ve been there during my customer service/retail days, but quite honestly this is a consistent problem with this location (my own fault for coming back more than once, though this is the last time) and if you don’t have staffing you don’t open, this is business 101. You aren’t essential personnel, you are a fast food restaurant. If you are not equipped to do business w/the staffing you have then you shouldn’t attempt to do business. If that limits the public’s eating options, so be it. Shut off your lights, post on the door and get the staffing you need. I could have gone to a sit down Mexican restaurant ordered and had my child fed and out the door in the time it takes to get a “fast food” order here. The fact we didn’t even receive a “sorry about the wait...sorry we are short staffed...our apologies...” etc. She literally barked the total at me, I gave her my card and she handed the food out the window without a word. I feel sorry they are in this position, but please don’t try to do business when you clearly aren’t equipped to because it negatively impacts your customers who soon won’t be your customers.
Update 3/1/18 Received an apology call from the new store manager (who started after my last visit discussed above). He assured me he will be working to correct and retrain staff on proper customer service in situations like that above, but will try to make situations like that something in the past. At the very least kudos to him for reaching out (good corrective customer service) and I’ll give it...
Read moreAll in all, a disappointing experience. Their first offense was 5 PM on a Saturday, a few weeks before the writing of this review to give a bit of context. Orders seemed backed up and more than one person had been complaining about a wait of up to 30 minutes, my order, a relatively simple one which I cannot recall took 25 minutes. It seemed longer than usual, and given the time I was inclined to let that incident slide. Why I'm writing this review is because I've had a second notable poor experience here. Going through the drive through at 10:20 PM, I ordered 2 beefy 5-layers and a Sriracha slider. With one car in front of me, I waited (Only slightly longer than I usually end up waiting at other locations_, paid, and received my bag, neglecting to check its contents because it was a long day and I was tired. Upon returning home, I found that one of my 5-layers was not included. Thus prompting me to write this review.
I completely understand that mistakes happen and that yes, I could have caught this one easily at the drivethrough. But nonetheless, I'm writing this review because I cannot remember a single time that I've gone to this particular location and left without some sort of minor complaint, whether it be finding lettuce on an order where it didn't belong, or having to call over to a staff member to get their attention at the counter, or even just longer-than-usual wait times.
In short, until there's some staffing changes, I would recommend you go to another location or another franchise. If you do choose to come here, double check your orders to make sure everything is...
Read moreI went through the drive thru there was one car ahead of me. It was 2:30pm 7/2/18. I ordered #6 off the order board. Then I asked for extra of the hottest taco sauce. This is where things went “south” Taco Bell #1 “we don’t put sauce on the tacos. Me Customer ( since 1965) I know, I just want extra packets. I’ve been coming to TB for 70 years (lol). Taco Bell #1 we have packets I can give you some of those. Me Customer : that’s all I was asking for were the packets . Taco Bell #1: well I didn’t hear you ask for packets some people want us to put it on the tacos and we don’t do that! Me Customer: I know just want hot sauce. Taco Bell #1: well we can give you that Me Customer: why has this become a big conversation? Taco Bell #3 ( management?) It’s confusing because most people ask for packets at the window. Me Customer: well it’s not confusing to me when I was 12 and it’s confusing for me at 62!
So all this this time has gone by the same car is ahead of me and the Taco Bell employee is hanging out the window talking. I wait to see if the person’s order is going to be passed to them nothing. It’s 2:30 really how busy can they be. I pull around them and just leave. What a wad of time and frustration. It shouldn’t be that hard to...
