Rocky Rococo Pan Style Pizza — Restaurant in Madison

Arrived to pick up our order which a family member had placed and paid for over the phone. We were the only ones in line, and several people behind the counter looked at us but said nothing. Then another customer came up and asked if we were waiting to order. We said yes, and then a lady behind the counter proceeded to ask him what he needed instead of us. The other customer was kind enough to let us go first since we were there first. We told the woman that we were there to pick up the order and gave her the name the order was under. She said she did not have an order by that name. We called the person who had placed the order, and we showed the woman proof that this person was charged for the order at this location. She seemed like she did not care, but another worker came over and explained to the first woman that an order that’s called in and paid for is located elsewhere. The first woman looked at me and said “how was I supposed to know that,” and seemed to imply that it was somehow my and my fiancé’s fault she couldn’t locate the order. When the other woman gave us our two pizzas, my fiancé kindly reminded her we also ordered breadsticks, to which she replied, “I know. I can read the receipt.” And then she continued to mumble about it after. She accidentally put an extra breadstick in the bag, and then made a big show about removing it. She then proceeded to rudely rush us out, with no apologies or attempts to make up for the poor service. Will not be returning to...

• SOMEONE HAD SAME EXPERIENCE Post from a year ago as i just looked said it looked like someone had a shave and she found hairs in her food!.... What is going on here???

My experience ➡️ Hadnt been to Rockys in a while, came after our Urgent care west visit and food started off great, hot, tasty. I got salad and sticks and kid got slice and sticks and with 1 bite left she noticed small 4 hairs on the inside of her pizza container, kind of in the grease from the pizza, like a man had gotten a hair cut, we let that go she didnt eat the last bite and started on the sticks as did i and when i looked at cheese on my salad top i poured out i noticed a hair in THAT, and after further examination i found another 1 stuck to my cheese cup. I know they didnt come from us, i swiped the table to see if maybe they were on there and they werent coming feom there so they were infact from our food or food containers. I go up and tell the guy working and he just kept looking at it saying "thats wierd" and said "sorry bout that"...no offer to make it right though, seeing as we left about 4 breadsticks, the majority of my salad and just the fact that they had HAIR in their food. It was kind of disappointing. This would have been a better visit had the customer service would have either been tweaked or that experience never happening. So we were in Rockys rococos today. We ordered a med all meat with mushrooms. 35 minutes passed i went and asked about our pizza. The guy went and checked came back told me they made the pizza wrong they didn't put the mushrooms on. So he asked if i would like them to make another pizza for us so we could take it home. I agreed so they were going to bring the one they made wrong to us. Well the guy came over told me that he was wrong and our pizza was behind the other one. So everything was good right...our pizza was coming out of the oven 10 minutes later we finally got it. With mushrooms on it alright. They took the wrong pizza they made us and tossed some mushrooms on top threw it back in the oven to warm the mushrooms. They were not even cooked. As the guy walked away i said it out loud what i thought they did. So when he came back out to the dinning room i called him out on it. Asked why he lied to me the mushrooms were just laying on top. Told him it was uncalled for lying to his customers. He had absolutely nothing to say to me. Didn't apologize but agreed with me thats what they did. Now wouldn't u think they would try and make it right. Nope they didn't. So disappointed. Will not be returning. This was the Rockys on mineral point...
