I agree with a reviewer here about the quality. I ordered here due to being late at night and didn't want to go out for groceries. I spent almost 30 dollars for a medium two topping pizza, their breadsticks(Nacho topping), a 2 liter soda and fried cheese curds. None of this was very good. Their curds are not very fresh(think frozen and deep fried). The pizza tasted just edible. The sticks were OK, but too spicy. Plus, on top of this, I had to wait for over one hour after to deliver the soda and "boom, boom sauce" I paid for as the first delivery only drop off the food. I had to call numerous times to get them to deliver items I TIPPED via their online order menu site for. By the time I got these last items, I had to reheat my order(not that I trusted them to not microwave my food anyway) which helped made the taste not improved more I think. If Domino's was open, they are my go to, followed by Little Caesar's. Here is the sad part, I went the next day to Aldi for some food, got a pizza for the Bucks/Suns game five(go Bucks!) that pizza, store bought from their deli section was way better and lasted longer for around five bucks. Even though the driver did apologize about the dropping the ball on the soda and sauce, I really will NEVER order from TOPPPERS again. I quickly drop my recent sign up that night for good measure. I hope my experience helps others. Toppers is for partying, bar hoppers who stay up late and do not...
Read moreAs a new Madison resident, my first experience with Toppers was full of hope. My Madison-native boyfriend was excited to share one of his favorite pizza places with me. We ordered the Big Topper and cheese sticks for pick up. Waiting until we got home to view our meal was a mistake. While the pizza was covered in toppings, it was grossly undercooked. Haphazardly assembled. The box of cheese sticks were overcooked and tough. Difficult to chew and flavorless. My boyfriend was pissed. The pizza box states that a replacement or refund is offered if you're dissatisfied with your order. We drove 20 minutes to pick it up as we were out of their delivery zone. No way was I going to drive back at 10:00pm. And no way will I order food from Toppers in the future. Maybe it was an off night. I just feel that as a representative of a business, looking at a pizza you've just created and considering a consumer's reaction is vital. "Does this appropriately represent the quality we are capable of creating?" If the answer is no, try again. Experiences like mine are avoidable if these steps are taken. Toppers was one of my boyfriend's favorites. His disappointment is inexcusable. Try harder, Toppers west....
Read moreBefore I really start, let me say that nacho topperstix are PHENOMINAL, but this experience was so much more than that. The staff there is either very well trained with glorious work ethic, or the specific person I got (Jacob) was straight up management material. Today, I went to Toppers on Mineral Point road, and I was greeted with an enthusiastic and boisterous "Heya, welcome to Toppers"! I ordered my food and Jacob got to work immediately. After my food was in the oven, the fella continued to lay out dough, make sauce, and generally keep busy. I didn't see him glances at his phone or daze at all... despite the fact that I think I somehow caught him in the slow point of the day, as nobody else walked in. After about 20 minutes of consistently paced work (like a lot of prep work), Jacob packaged my pizza (banana pepper and thick pepperoni, BLESS THAT PEPPERONI), my nacho Topperstix, and my boneless wings, and he called my name to pick them up. I wish I had tipped him more. I'll certainly be going to Toppers more often, thanks to this delicious f'ing food and the...
