Arby's — Restaurant in Madisonville

I went there today for lunch March 19th 2023 and I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap meal and I waited in line forever because the girl was having a conversation with two cars in front of me laughing chucking it up hanging out the window didn't care about other people's time, then when I finally got up there there was no apology for keeping me waiting or keeping any of us waiting and I paid my $14.16 and got my meal & left & parked back at my job open my food and tried eating my wrap but it was so hard to hold because they drowned and I mean drowned it in Buffalo sauce there was no Ranch on it at all but it was very hard to eat and the sauce kept getting all over me because they drowned the wrap! Absolutely no regard and how you send out your food! Just getting tired of the local drive-thru restaurants not really caring about their service this is getting ridiculous I just don't even want to go to any of them no more I'm starting to feel like this is at every place I go to nowadays! And I don't always have time to sit around and examine my food before I leave because like I said they kept me in line forever for what I have no idea because they did not apologize and secondly it's ridiculous. The last experience I had there as far as the customer service it was amazing ! The people there are fast and friendly ! My only problem is that the food sucks!! The drink selection is bare minimum! The last time my husband and I went. He ordered the buffalo sliders with curly fries and I ordered the original chicken sliders with curly fries! Once we got our food which was fairly quick! We sat down to eat and took a bite of our sliders! His sliders were slathered in buffalo sauce which is a good thing , but only to cover up how dry and hard the chicken tender actually was ! So I took a bite of mine and the same thing my chicken tender was so hard and dry I spit it immediately! The bread on all 4 sliders was so hard it crumbles and my cheese tasted like it was microwaved onto dry hard bread! So we were like okay let's try the fries ! Highly disappointed in the curly fries! Hardly none of them were curly at all! The was so hard they could break your teeth! That whole meal was just an disaster! We haven't been back since ! Don't plan on ever going back again! My husband use to love Arbys as a kid but after that day he can never look at...

We stopped there today and we sat in the drive through window line for 45 minutes!!!! I don't know what was going on or what the problem was but this is the second time we have had to wait way to long to get our food!! When we finally got our food both sandwiches were cold & the Reuben sandwich only had 1/2 of the meat on it!! 1/2 of the sandwich was just sauerkraut!! I think this is piss poor business & someone should be responsible for fixing this problem!!!! Yea, you have idiots like us that sit there and wait but if the manager can't figure out a way to correct the problem I think he should go to McDonald's for some training!!!!
