Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Madisonville

When ordering through the drive-thru it was difficult to hear and understand the young lady taking the orders she was having the same difficulty as there was another employee standing next to her being loud and obnoxious yelling across the counter to other 3 other employees sitting in the lobby. (I know this because we could see him through the front window. As we drove up to the window to pay, the same employee walks by the window and says loudly that they are out of lemonade and he's not making it that someone needs to do it while making direct eye contact with me. Yes we ordered the lemonade. He then proceeded to stand around in the kitchen area with 3 other employees not doing anything. We were told to pull forward so that the could finish our order. The young lady taking orders for the drive-thru was then made to deliver our order outside to us while still needing to make other drive-thru orders. Once she delivered them she still had to wait outside for someone to open the back door for her so that she could return to her job. She should never have had to walk away from her position when there were 3 sitting in the lobby and at least 3 other employees standing around not doing anything in the kitchen area. Very...

April 12th 950 pm i walked into Popeyes with 3 teenage boys and my husband because I seen online they didn't close until 11pm. We just came from the sports plex of games all day to eat supper. We walked into dining room mopped and I asked if they were still waiting on customers the employee looked at me and ignored me and stood there maybe 45 seconds later his manager came around the corner and the manager said our dining room is closed and told said to the fl employee "don't wait on them ." I asked if we could order togo or did we need to go through the drive though and they continued to ignore us and walk past us for a good 7 or 8 min straight. My family and I walked out and will never return again. The absolute worst customer service I have experienced. They should have locked the door when they closed down the dining room or explained to us that they were closing an hour early. They turned away good customers. We would have went through the drive through if they would have explained or spoken a word to us. But staring at us and ignoring us intentionally was just...

We were very unsatisfied with this location. Our order was incorrect and we had to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot for our food. There wasn't anyone else in the drive thru nor the restaurant! The customer service was very poor, rude and very u professional. Our food was terrible. You couldn't even eat the fries due to the grease that was pouring from them. The chicken was not seasoned the way Popeye's chicken is seasoned. This place of business is not ran properly and you can tell by the customer service. The gentleman who took our order was extremely rude and had an attitude at the drive thru window. They didn't have lids for the drinks . They had to go find them as we were told to wait in the parking lot. Our drinks were brought to us without our food. We waited another 15 minutes for our food to be delivered. The cook delivered our food . He had on an apron covered in flour and when asked what was the issue. He stated orders were messed up! There was no one there but us!
