Verizon — Local services in Madisonville

This place was phenomenal,well I should say Jessica because she was the only one there that day and she handled everyone’s issues without missing a beat and I’ve never had a sales rep excuse themselves to handle another customer but wasn’t leaving us out either,like people always say “well we was here first” I’m not like that anyway,it’s called patience for some of yall reading that think people can do 10 things at once,hahaha j/k not trying to offend anyone but if u want to be acknowledged the whole time and feel like u matter and that your being treated in a professional manner from start to finish of process and I’m sure mine was a headache but she never lost her composure or groove,it was like she had 10 hands and very upbeat,friendly and confident so that makes customer confident that their “Life” so to speak,which I didn’t realize how much of mine was in that lil box we carry everyday lol but from banking,to investing +20 more important things easily I could name off so iCloud is my new best friend and another back up method I’m using with crypto has got me feeling a lot better,,I didn’t realize how ‘naked’ I was with security and the new iPhone 16 is something serious,this is a bad mfr and got security all thru it,short story long 😂best sales rep I’ve had in years,hell just her good attitude was worth it,I wasn’t looking forward to changing phones,big pain in the rear but she made it fun and I don’t like contracts but if u get the extra coverage it’s like 10$ tops and covers it prob till I get another but if I can find her in 3-5 more years when I’m due again I will be stoked,her name is Jessica and I very much recommend her at Verizon in Madisonville next to the...

I Do not recommend this store. They lied about a promotion and fees in order to sell a phone, even after me asking multiple times about any other fees. Then after selling a phone they want to charge $29 just to make it operational and transfer your data. The app is already in your phone and walks you through the steps so don't give them your money for this. After returning into the store with verizon on the phone the lady actually heard them lie to another customer about the fees and she credited my account for the extra fees they lied about. If you need a new phone go to one of the corporate stores, as this is just a retailer. I'm assuming these guys get commission which is why they are willing to tell you anything to sell a phone. Can't say that all the staff at the location is like this and unfortunately don't know the name of the guy that i was dealing, but the other one that was working that day hasnt been any better in the past.
