Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Magna

I have gone here twice in the last 2 weeks, the first time we were the only family in the restaurant and ALL of the tables were dirty, the food was decent but we cleaned our own table and seats just to sit down. While looking around as we were waiting for our food we noticed the floor in the main area and the playground looked as if it had not been cleaned in at least a week(food, garbage, trays, peoples socks everywhere) . The second time we went was tonight, when i bought my food i was unknowingly upsold to a medium without being asked or confirming size and the guy had just came in from smoking outside and took our order then a couple other peoples and went back out side. Again the whole restaurant was dirty! Dirty tables! Dirty Floor! I asked for Fry Sauce and was told they had RAN OUT! how do you run out of Fry Sauce? I then attempted to get some ketchup and that was out as well! so i had to ask for ketchup packets, also after filling my kids cups up with the beverages i look for lids and those are EMPTY too! then when my food arrives my fries were NASTY! they had to of been sitting all day they were cold chewy and had a really bad stale flavor to them so i had to ask for a new order of fries, then someone next to us spilled and so we went and let the staff know, they came and cleaned up the table and said they would be right back to mop the floor so we didn't slip and then NEVER came back. The whole time we were there was 1 other customer in the restaurant, the bathrooms were disgusting and the play area was littered with food and garbage probably that had been there all day! This place is ridiculous i don't know if they are understaffed or just lazy but i don't see any reason they can not keep the restaurant clean and tidy. I will not be going back to this place again due to the risks this could have on my food. If the common eating area looks like this what does the kitchen look like? Maybe the staff should focus more on cleaning the place than getting back outside to have a cigarette. If you really want Carl's Jr. I would recommend any other location...

I usually don't like to write reviews but today was a an awful experience. Not sure what the Hispanic lady with glasses who takes orders at the front problem was. Nasty attitude and customer service. Received my child's kids meal and as soon I took it out the small bag where the nuggets are in were covered in battered and including the nuggets that I took out of the bag. I went up to the counter letting the lady know that the nuggets had something on them and that my child probably wasnt gonna eat them with the amount that was on them. And what I was told was "yeah it's just the battered." And snatched the bag out of my hand. The white lady that I'm sure was working at drive thru also around the time was probably around 530 had the same energy and attitude when I had came up to the counter. I understand if I was rude but when I just went up to let them know in a nice way expecting it to not be a problem because obviously the meal is paid for and not asking for a refund or anything. Mind you the place was completely empty and didnt have customers in drive thru or inside. If it was busy I'd get it but poor customer service. The place is also very filthy and tables don't get cleaned, tons of flies everywhere. Sad to see that females like the ones today act like that for no reason. We went to Carl's Jr in Magna Utah and we sat waiting for them to take our order, they never answered so we drove up to the window, they never came to the window so we knocked on it then a woman came and asked how can I help you , we gave her our order and she said we can make that but we will be real slow making it, we said that's fine and waited for our order , then when we got home the French toast sticks were all broke into pieces and they were gresy and over cooked, not one of them was a full stick, they didn't give us syrup to go with them, we called them and the woman who answered didn't care, she said I told you it would be slow, she offered to replace them but how hard is it to really make French toast sticks, we did not want to drive back, we will go to McDonald's from now on, the service they offered...
