Subway — Restaurant in Magna

Today I ordered food from Door dash and when the door dash worker got there to pick up my food, they told her that the order had already been picked up and delivered. The door dash driver immediately text me and asked if our food was picked up and delivered. We informed her that we have recieved our order. I then called the store to figure out what was going on. The young lady that answered the phone asked me if the order was for ... my wife's name. I said yes. She said that the order got sent out to the wrong person. I asked her if she knew this, then why did I have to call and why are we having this conversation. She said she can remake my order and I can come pick it up. I informed her that I ordered my food through doordash because I can not come pick it up. She asked me what I would like her to do. I informed her that I wanted the food that I paid for and the Doordash driver is waiting to pick it up. She told me she was only trying to do what is best for me, and I informed her that what was best for me is her remaking my order and sending it back to me with the driver that was there to pick up my order. Kudos to the doordash driver for immediately contacting me. Shame on subway for not paying attention to the name on the order they sent to the wrong people and knowing that they did it before I even called and not correcting their mess up before I called. I'm not impressed with the service from subway and feel like they should refund my money. But I will be tipping the driver well. She did the right thing and I appreciate that! Shame on...

This place is terrible. The manager was in making people sandwiches today. He needs more training on customer service. I like my cookies really soft and I asked for soft cookies and at first he told me that they all big differently in the oven. I asked for specific cookies and he said oh they’re all baked from the same batch but just a few minutes ago, he told me that they are big differently in the oven.. I went to other subways and they take out the cookies in which ones I would like the softest ones to me. This manager refused to sell me the soft cookie and the friend. Stating they come from all the same batch.. he refused to sell me the cookies that I would like to purchase, almost like he wanted the cookie more than me. He refused to sell me any soft cookies that I would like to eat and purchase. I will never go back there and spend my hard-working money at this place. I’ll take the extra miles and go to another place.. unless Management change that’s the only reason why I wanna go back and purchase something there other than that I will never go there. Also, the manager in the employee were glaring each other down and it looks like she didn’t even want to be there working for him and I wouldn’t either judging about. I can’t even buy the cookie that I want to eat. He needs to control how...

The new management is disgusting. She's very unprofessional and unpleasant. We are in the time of a crises where people and companies, businesses small and large would come together and this lady the new manager at Subway in Magna had totally put a damper on the community. If you want your business to be successful get rid of that new manager. It's filthy dirty. She charges extra for EVERYTHING!!!! The dude that used to manage the Subway , he and his wife did a phenomenal job. It's really too bad that he's no longer there and it's really disturbing that his wife is still there being employed by Subway and this new manager spoke so terribly about them. How disrespectful and by the way it's pretty terrible service that she's a new manager and yet she won't hold the same standard as any other managers , I get changed the same thing every time for a year and this nasty mess charges double. Have fun running that business into the ground especially during the most important time. This is your make or break and you not talking care of customers on top of bad mouthing your employees isn't a good move for a successful business in the middle of a national crises. Good luck...
