McDonald's — Restaurant in Magnolia

I really would like it, if the rewards were like rewards instead of the bottom of the barrel. I have an update for yall. I made a mobile order and waited in line for about 15 minutes, which is fine because it was very busy, but the person at the 1st window said that they didn't have an order in my name or the corresponding number I had for my order, I showed the person on my phone and they said you will have to come inside and get your order. I was blown away by this. Instead of saying, " yes sir let me check on that for you, she just told me to come Inside and get it. I don't think she liked me. It was probably the worst experience I've had in years as far as customer service. I probably won't be back for a while, it was totally uncalled for, for me to have waited 15 minutes just to have to go back around and go Inside to get my order that come to find out was ready the whole time and the employees Inside said they thought it was a drive thru order, I told them that the person at the window told me to come inside and get it. I'm not lovin' it. Needless to say, you know how it is, if you don't eat it fresh it's nasty. 10/13/23 Ordered Door-dash and as usual they didnt put my entire order in the bag. They must figure since its door dash there isnt anything I can do about it. and doordash refuses to give me a refund because I have had to complain in the past. This town is the worst place to try to get food. Just rediculous

I don’t know why I continue to order from here. They seem to never get your order right. They don’t know how to follow the grill slip. I mean seriously if the grill slip says no cheese. Why is there still cheese on the burger? Also I can’t tell you how many times they give you your order and stuff is missing out of the bag. They really do not follow instructions or pay attention. Very poor service at drive thru. Ordered Big Mac Large meal and Chicken Sandwich Large meal. Paid at window #1, asked us to pull forward to window #2. Waited 10 minutes, no food. I got it, went inside with my ticket. Food was sitting under warming light!!! How long had it been there???? EVERYTHING was cold and the condiments were so thick that the buns tore completely apart. The young lady that FINALLY found my order did not give me back my ticket--she wadded up and threw it away then said she couldn't pull it out if the trash--imagine that!!! It was ticket #1398. It will be a LONG TIME before I return to the drive thru. Icwill go in, watch them make my meal and make sure the sack does not sit under a warmer for 5-8 minutes.
