Update: After being a regular for a year, I think I'm officially done. Y'all have great coffee, but that doesn't make up for the amount of things that end up needing to be remedied. Like today... now all of a sudden y'all close at 7 on Sundays? So now I have a receipt so I can pick my drinks up on another day after waiting 6 minutes to even be acknowledged and had to pull up to the window to be told y'all were closed. There's absolutely no indication anywhere of this hour change.

Since May/June 2023, I've frequented this place regularly. Most of the time, I get decent service, but when it's bad, it's beyond frustrating...
In the beginning, I would get questioned whether I only wanted sugar or not and why I didn't want a flavor. As if people who enjoy the flavor of coffee don't exist...
I've been asked how to make a latte... BY YOUR STAFF!!! I do not work there and while I know how to, I shouldn't have to explain it to one of your employees.
Then Christmas Eve, they closed early with no indication so I ordered through the app and had to wait more than two days to get my coffee. (This was handled by the manager)
Then I keep getting MEDIUM iced lattes when I order LARGE! I know the cup differences. I only ever order a large iced OR hot latte.
Then the kicker... last night, I ordered my regular large hot latte with 4 sugars. Got home, took a sip. It tasted funny. Thought the milk was bad.
No.
They forgot the espresso!
There was a very noticeable gap between the milk and where my drink should've topped off at. 4 shots of espresso in a large equals 4 fluid ounces.
So I got hot, steamy sugar milk...
Please ensure your staff is fully trained before making our drinks. We pay money for this. Hell, without customers, y'all wouldn't have...
Read moreI must say, I've never encountered any issues with scooters before, until this evening. It was quite an unfortunate situation, really. You see, when I tried to pay with my card, it just wouldn't work. I informed the staff that I would return in 20 minutes to sort it out. True to my word, I came back within the promised time frame. However, when I tried to reach them through the intercom, there was no response. It was already 7pm, and as far as I knew, scooters closed at 8pm. Perplexed, I decided to drive around to the window, hoping to find someone who could assist me.
Finally, I caught a glimpse of a girl inside the establishment. I made eye contact with her, hoping for some assistance, but she seemed to ignore me completely. Feeling a bit frustrated, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I stepped out of my vehicle and gently knocked on the window. After what felt like an eternity, they finally opened it. They apologized for being closed and explained that they had already disposed of my drink and closed the register for the day. Needless to say, I was quite upset by this...
Read moreThis is now the 3RD time I have come on a Sunday evening before 8:00 (closing) and no one will answer in the drive thru. All the lights are still on, employee cars are in the back, but I receive no service from anyone. I drove around and saw no one inside, so I pulled to the front and parked. As soon as they thought I pulled away both of them suddenly appeared inside walking around.
I would understand if I showed up wanting to order 5 minutes before closing but I know better and ensured I arrived in a timely manner.
I drove 30 minutes to Magnolia wanting good coffee, showed up 20 minutes before closing, and got no service. I watched the employees get in their vehicles 10 minutes before 8:00 and leave. I'm glad I didn't order in the app and have to dispute the charge with my bank. This has now happened 3 times and is unexceptable...
