Not even ONE star is merited. My (only 17 year old) son just had an EXTREMELY horrific experience at this location in our small city of Mahtomedi (

We take ice cream outings very seriously, as it's our favorite treat and we want to have a great experience, with generous portions. We won't be back to the Mahtomedi location. We went through the drive-thru last night to pick up our Blizzards. All had lids on them, and were not full to the top. I expressed my disappointment that they had lids, as other DQ locations do not lid them, in order to allow for the Blizzard's ample portion size to extend beyond the container. I also mentioned that with a lid on, they are not able to "turn them upside down", as other locations do, to demonstrate the thickness of the Blizzard. She stared at me blankly, finally stating "We don't participate in the turning the Blizzard upside down process." It's no wonder, as when we removed the lids from our Blizzards, it was mostly melted ice cream. It would have fallen right out of the cup. Not at all a positive experience. Please be generous with portions, do not lid them unless requested, and turn them upside down, which holds you accountable for serving a...

This DQ doesn't go above and beyond on anything. They interrupt, close early and lack in nearly every aspect of the store's upkeep on property. If the drive through doesn't manage to cut you off before you can order, they will likely forget to give you your receipt for survey.

Since when does the 6 piece basket come with a default 1 sauce? I was rushed through even this selection, which was offered to me as a chicken dipping sauce, and wasn't told second sauce (old default gravy) is separate! I am sincerely dissatisfied with returning home without a receipt and without my complete order- AGAIN!

P.S. Add chocolate syrup to the topped whip cream on your blended drinks!!!! The other locations have these 'extras' in your book as...
