Starbucks — Restaurant in Mahwah

They did not let me use my reusable cup even though Starbucks company reintroduced that policy months ago. I like to avoid single use plastic as much as possible but they refused to accommodate this. This should’ve been a sign not to order from here. But I got an almond milk coffee anyways. 30 minutes later, my stomach hurts. Don’t know if she used normal milk or expired almond milk.

I just don’t understand that a busy Starbucks like this is always “short staffed” during rush hours. Instead of overworking one person on bar doing both iced and hot drinks while people are waiting, how about you have two? Or the store manager sitting down on his laptop can help out? The most consistent Starbucks in the area. This is the only location I will go to if I want the perfect drink, every time. Not the typical Starbucks atmosphere since it's in the supermarket, but it has it's own little corner with a fireplace and large tables so we sometimes have morning office meetings here. If all Starbucks made their drinks like this location, I would be buying $7 coffees...
