I wish I could give my experience ZERO stars. I have never ever had such a horrible experience with BWW. My teenage sons and I love your food and decided to get dinner to go yesterday. EVERY SINGLE ORDER WAS WRONG. My son received 8 wings instead of 10. My other son received HALF CUT boneless wings with a wing missing. Instead of 10 he got 9. Actually, it wasn't even a full nine because they were TINY. They gave us tiny pieces of chicken. They gave me boneless wings that were CUT IN HALF, thin wings or small, tiny circles. I didn't even have full rounded boneless wings like they usually give. I also received 9 instead of 10. It seemed like the sauce was thrown on top of them instead of tossed. My husband's wings had sauce spilt everywhere in his to go box, everywhere but on his wings. It seems as though they ran out of chicken and started randomly cutting pieces in half. I have never ever in my life experienced such poor customer service. They didn't even give the accurate number of sauces I ordered. I EVEN GAVE THEM A TIP. Had I known the wings would've turned out like this I would've never tipped them. They said our food would be done by 6:50 and we received the order 15 min late. It was also cold and hard. It's like they forgot to bring out our order. ALSO, someone there asked if he could leave, and the worker said, "you could do whatever you want and leave but you paid for the food". He was rude. I wasted $52 on something my kids and I didn't enjoy; we were still hungry after. I'm 120 lbs and can't finish 10 wings. The fact that I ate all of it AND was still hungry after says a lot about their size. I have always been a huge fan of BWW. We go to their restaurant every week for dinner because our boys love it so much. This was a huge waste of money and time!! Please, don't bother going to this location.

Read moreIMPORTANT! CUSTOMER THREATENED Yesterday, I ordered food from this location. I then went with two friends to pick up the order. As we entered, a lady came in behind us and left the door open. One of the employees came out from the back kitchen and yelled at us, saying, "Can one of you guys close the door!" — even though we weren’t the ones who left it open.
We then went to give our name for the order, and another employee rolled her eyes and gave us major attitude while we waited for our food.
On the way out, we opened the door, somewhat disgusted by how we had been treated. We wanted to see what had caused the door to get stuck. The employee followed us outside, peeked out, and watched us as we walked to the car. He then said, "Y'all are trying to be smart," and a back-and-forth exchange ensued. I explained that we weren’t the ones who had left the door open. As we continued talking, he ended the conversation by saying, "This is how you get shot."
In what world or under what circumstances is it acceptable for anyone to say that to another person? As a paying customer, why am I being treated like this? This is absolutely unbelievable.
