People that work there are great stories nice and new I heard recently built but just boring atmosphere not a lot of anything going on not that many tables or chairs as far as is enough but just a lot of people went in and left I left this Starbucks and went to the other one in Morton Grove larger more of a gathering get to know the employees and people that show up there it may not be what it's made for but it's much more inviting it the Morton Grove location rather than the one here in Niles I thought but I will go back now and then for a different pace More people that go to Starbucks enjoy where they can be around other people that they know or meet and even though I didn't know anyone there they're really isn't a lot of seating or better way to get any you know hello to people or whatever I went back to the other one and knew everyone that walked in also just because of the way the sitting arrangement is just leaving my opinion. Everyone I know misses more of the comfortable type couch not just boost but more seating for individual tables or boosts or couches like they used to have in some other locations that are more comfortable to do your work or other things a lot of people would prefer if Starbucks in general would add a little color it's always just I know you want to do neutral but just brown not that it's not nice it's just brown or tan and just bland add a little modern Even though you make your newer ones modern it just not very exciting that's all. to it a little color of some kind it's normally just boring a lot of people...
Read moreI am EXTREMELY THANKFUL for this new Starbucks (and no longer having to go to Uptown Park Ridge for mediocre service and drinks)!! The staff here is fun, sweet, and awesome! The drinks come out the way they are supposed to. My loyalty will continue here until the drinks start turning into the quality of the surrounding Starbucks, which I hope never happens! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
P.s. My husband asked if I wanted Starbucks this morning, and with excitement, I said, "YES, PLEASE!" Right before he placed the order, I said, "WAIT, which Starbucks is it coming from!?" Realizing it was one of the PR locations, I said, "No thank you, I will drive to the new one and grab it."
See you soon! -LIA
Side note: His coffee just arrived from the PR location. They didn't put a stopper in it, and half of it spilled all over the bag. Just paid for a half filled...
Read moreMaddie was amazing. I went in to pick up my mobile order and forgot to mention or mark on the app that I needed a bag to carry my drinks in due to currently being injured and the potential of me struggling more having to carry multiple drinks by hand. Maddie was in the middle of something and stopped to accommodate my needs right away. She mentioned that they did not have cup holders for two drinks and proceeded to cut a cup holder they did have to make it fit two drinks so she could put it in a bag. That kindness and empathy was greatly appreciated as well as her motivation to find a solution to help. Thank you Maddie, that experience...
