Burger King — Restaurant in Maine Township

My experience of this Burger King was absolutely herenden's if I could give it 0 I would. I ordered A number 7 no onion with a sprite I received my whopper junior with my sprite and small fry paid for my order. The girl looked at my card front and back which I thought was weird before she swiped it may be to check which side it scanned on. She swiped give me my card but I never received a receipt. I drove off and took my 1st bite of my fried which was completely stale Then I tried a second try which of course was also still granted it was a quarter to 10:00 p.m. and I was hungry and just wanting a quick bite to eat. Rather than waiting to go to the Burger King near my house I figured I'd stop here as it was right there in my face staring me down telling me the owner and don't eat late at night to go to bed early. Then there's the Burger it had onions which I'm allergic to. It also looked very dried up so I was a little husband thinking this too must be stale because of the Fraser's Hill for sure anything else in their the stale and somebody Is either too lazy or too cheap to make it fresh. One bite later and I could smell it was different than what I normally taste in a duffel a taste of dried up and not so fresh even my pickle had a distinct odor and just didn't seem quite right. I did not have a receipt to try to return it and I wasn't about to turn around the car to complain what was I gonna get another stale Burger and some more skill fries??? So on my way home I went and I opted to stop at my normal Burger King location which is closer to my home when I pulled up to the window there in Mount Prospect though the guy at the cash register notice that I had A Burger King bag in my heart and of pop they said yes I just picked this up in this plains and it's horrible tasting. Just counted my meal and wished me to have a good night which made my night 10 times better and fixed my Burger King dilemma. Meanwhile I will never go back to this location certainly not late at night was the worst fast food experience in my life. I just hope I don't get sick from food poisoning due to stale food that was probably sitting out way longer than it should have and should recommend that the health department go and...

Very disappointed. Burger King always claimed to "have it your way". So, 3 double cheeseburgers. 2 no ketchup, 1 with Ketchup only. The girl working the speaker was completely confused. So, I repeat it. Still confused, I say it a third time. Nope, still doesn't get it. So, a young man takes over and says, yeah yeah, I got that. Here's your total. Wait, I said. I have more. He replied, what else do you want ? I said 6 nuggets. He says, So you want a kids meal . I said NO ! I said, tell me what I can order for nuggets that's not on the kids meal. He said, 4 or 8. Ok, I'll take the 8. What else ? I said, large onion rings. That's all I need. He said pull around. Now, I'm not given a total, no hello, no sorry about the confusion. Just hand out the window waiting for payment. Debit card comes back and still no receipt. Now, comes the food. Hey all good but there's a large fries in there. Hey, I said. I didn't order a large fries. He said, I charged you for one. I said ok, take it back and return that coat to me. He takes it and closes the window. 30 seconds later he opens it and says, I need your card. So, I give him the card. He uses it and returns it. I said, any receipt today ? He gives me the receipt for the credited amount only. I said, where's the original one ? He just looked at me. I said, forget it ! Ya know, if you hate your job then quit and find another. If no child left behind is producing people that can't take an order on cheeseburgers, yet still feel that $15 per hour isn't enough then, OMG ! People have to have a clue about life. Nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes but customer service, a good head on your shoulders and earning your keep will certainly change the public as well as...

04/2025 update: that one woman on Thursday/Friday night shift, who I’ll call Three Swirls, is really stingey on the soft serve cone!

08/2024 update: much better than previous review, although their cookies are always too hard/over-baked. Otherwise, everything else is excellent.

Original from 2022: When manager Alex worked here, things were in order. Now someone else manages and every single time I come here, something is wrong with my order. I order French toasts and they come in 3 or 5 pieces. I order the 5 pieces and I’ve gotten only 4 at least twice. I order my dad bacon egg and cheese croissanwich and get no cheese and undercooked bacon. I’ve ordered this twice and the other time I got one of them with HAM! Three times I’ve ordered hash browns with my order and they didn’t put them in there twice! One more incident, I came here late night for shakes- 45 min before closing- and they were already turning off machine for cleaning so I got fries instead and half the box was mixed with onion rings…how? Just very careless staff and ignorant management. Really wish there was another Burger King closer. The park ridge one on Busse that closed two years ago wasn’t as fresh, but it sure beats...
