I am a registered nurse and went to this location during nurses week for the free medium ice coffee. Well they didn’t want to make it for me after showing them my badge saying I need a coupon? I showed them the article from dunkin online and yet they dismissed me and said to come back the next day and he will gladly give it to me because they were closing. I came at 7:15pm and they close at 8pm so I kindly said okay. I went back the following day and not to my surprise they turned me down again. This is how this location treats front line workers who work who save peoples lives every day giving up everything to help other people. It speaks volumes for how this place might treat you for the way they treated the very people who risked their lives and families lives during the covid crisis. Made me wrong drink when my husband picked it up for me. I then drove the drink back myself and said they made the wrong drink and the male working there said “oh you waited 15 minutes to come back and say the order was wrong?” Well yes, that’s gone long it took me to come back. After I asked him to remake the drink he said no and took my drink and proceeded to add more pumps of the WRONG ORDER. He didn’t proceed to ask me what the drink I ordered was, which was on the mobile order receipt in the cup. I looked at the drink and said this is not the right drink, I have ordered multiple times, then took the drinks again and added to right pump syrup. At this point my drink had about 13 pumps of sweetener…. Never had this issue at other Dunkin’s… will never be returning because of the attitude and...

If you want coffee, every dunkin donuts has the best coffee you can buy. Don't look for fresh bagels at this location though. You have to remind and specify every morning that you prefer fresh bagels over stale ones. After the last scoffs at you saying they're always fresh, you still end up driving away and finding out by the time you're on the tollway that she still gave you a stale bagel. When you let her know the next time, she'll probably tell you the supplier sent her stale bagels and will squeeze a few until she finds a fresh one. Imagine that, at 4 in the morning squeezing a couple of bagels until she finds a fresh one...how many are old and stale??
