This is the worst McDonalds. Just went through drive thru. Ordered at 604pm by 625 i was still waiting for my food so I went inside. I ask for manager and a lady comes over who I am told is the manager. I ask her, "what is your goal time through drive thru?" She tell me 5 minutes. I know this isn't right and so I ask, "why am I waiting over 20 minutes for a 20 piece nugget and a medium fry?" I then start getting a song and dance starting with it takes 7 minutes to make nuggets... then I am given my food and offered a pie for my inconvenience. I don't want a pie, I want to make it back to work on time. I get 1 blocks down the road and find for my sauces which I ordered BBQ and Honey I was given 2 honey Mustard and ketchup. This isn't going to work for me because I don't like mustard. I go back in and the supervisor comes back with another employee, I'll admit I'm hot this time... with 25 minute wait times I still can't get a correct order. At this point the regular employee has told the manager to stop talking to me and is telling me t g my hire immigrants because us white folk don't want to work there. I never said anything about this. She tells me this isn't fine dining and I should take whatever they give me. At this point some 8 to 11 year old at the kiosk behind me are beginning to heckle me. I turn around and asked which on of them said that. A kid admitted it was him. I asked where his parents were, they weren't there. So this is where kids are being left for the employees to baby sit. Been here two times both times there was an issue. First time was worse but this time I decided I’m going to leave a review this place is ran terrible from top down.
Today I order food and due to the last visit and them telling me they always prefer mobile order I mobile order for table drop off I put my number in the app and put my AirPods in -Bad Choice but I’m waiting waiting I finally take my AirPod to hear some lady yelling last call for Cody. I of course get up and go get my food. I ask why would you guys want me to put in the table if you just were going to call my name and not bring it to the table of course she says we don’t do that here. We only do counter call. THERE IS A WHOLE OPTION FOR BOTH IN THE APP. So my shake was then half melted cuz she prolly had called me for a bit without me noticing.
I ask if she can remake it. She lets out a biggest huff and said something under her breath I take that as I no longer want to be hear I grab my stuff that was for here and I leave. TELL ME why the order was also wrong. So I go back in and say refund me GUESS WHAT they can’t because it’s a mobile order. This place is a joke. The owner (this is a franchise ) is a joke. The managers are jokes.
It’s really my fault tho after the first major issue I should just have avoided here. Stay away. And if you do come DONT use the app. Even if they want you to.
Another guy had the same exact issue but instead of the app he used the self serve machine and took a number. SAME thing.

Like do these people not order through a drive thru anywhere or eat anywhere? Literally handed me my drink as it’s leaking from lid all over my hand. No; sorry, let me get you a napkin, let me do a new one. I mean it’s literally an automated dispenser as well as handing to me like that after she put the lid on and didn’t see that or anticipate putting a straw in would make it worse. Can’t wait for AI to replace subpar ignorant entitled employees”….
Drink so full this happens when you put a draw in it. When putting lid on don’t you know what will happen?
Just came through drive thru. At window asked what order was (person in other lane was still ordering). I stated them she asked again. Did the cash out and closed window. No thank you. No do you want receipt. No have a good day. This is by far the worst and I get a coke 3x daily and at least 1x a day food I lost areas surrounding Chicago land by driving rideshare. Then had to wait for person in front. If their order isn’t ready have them pull up.
Placed order in store for 1 M coke. About 6 workers and a runner to tables. Not one hello, are you waiting or anything till finally made eye contact. Order was on screen for in progress.
