Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Maitland

Okay so I called Little Ceasars at 6:33pm and a lady answer and says would you like to try our deep dish which comes with a free soda I say do you have tea she says no so I say keep soda because I don't drink soda so I order sausage deep dish and 8 mild wings she say okay it will be 10 mins I was like 3 mins from there so me and my husband pull up at 6:37pm we sit in car for like 8 mins so my husband get out and go in and pay he comes back and say we got wings for free cause they didnt rang our order up when u called so now it would be more time so then we sit in car for about 10-12 mins my husband goes back to see of order ready he comes out empty handed and says bae they gonna make our pizza again and put extra sausage and give use free sauce cause the manager accidentally gave our pizza to another customer so I get out the car and go in and tell the girl at the counter listen i want a refund in cash because I ain't got time for no 3-5 days crap (we paid with debit card) and i still want my pizza she says okay no problem ma'am and honored my request what blew me was this chick gets on her cellphone and calls somebody and says I'm letting you know I'm giving this customer a refund because such and such keep messing up and I'm pissed I'm tired her messing up etc at this point I'm appalled with the fact that she is being so unprofessional I can't believe it I gotta to give her some credit she did apologize so we walked out with a deep dish pizza with extra sausage, bread sticks, 8 wings, 3 cheese sauces and a soda that I am going to use to bake our 1 year wedding anniversary cake with tonight. Yes its my 1 yr wedding anniversary before y'all start to judge saying who eats little ceasar for there Anniversary well I do cause I love pizza so I wanted some I liked!! oh yes also the place was dirty bathroom nasty and they had a bunch of walnuts spilled all over the floor. Terrible Little Caesar's location! Went there for the T-Mobile deal. I made an account online with no problem. Went to add my credit card it won't register. I know it's good. I try a different credit card same problem. It says to call store. Call their phone automatically goes to voicemail. Guess what...their voicemail is full. That way they don't have to answer their phones. I go there in person tell them the credit cards won't register. Lady says yeah it happens & takes my order. I give her my order & price is wrong because the codes not put in. I tell her it's a T-Mobile deal. Manager says it has to be done online there's nothing he can do. I tell him my credit cards won't register. He looks at me & says, "guess we're at a stalemate" & walks off. Wow, very rude! Go to leave then decide to DL the app. Bam!!!!!!!!! Originally ordered a door dash order however door dash sent a message saying that they canceled my order. I called the Little Ceasars location and spoke to the manager about it, and she informed me that Door Dash had just picked up my order and left with it 10 minutes prior to me calling the store and that door dash has been doing a lot of that lately. She was a very nice and compassionate manager and went ahead and remade my order so I could go pick it up myself. I do not recall the managers name however I would suggest that nobody ever use door dash to get pizza delivered from this location as the door dashers are attempting to steal the food for themselves. I am currently still waiting for door dash to even reimburse me the $43 that they charged me for the pizza and the door dash fees. This happened to me on October 29th 2022.
