Horrible Service...I walk in 4 people at the counter waiting for order to be taken 5 minutes (yes 12:24 to 12:29 p.m. ) still waiting G.M. on the phone and assistant walking back and forth neither person said a word to the customers waiting at the counter. An elderly lady said excuse me 3 times to this asst. Mgr name started with a (N) but couldn't read name tag, he totally ignored her ,and i am not exaggerating he didn't even look her way. Now we are at 8 minutes 2 men in front of me leave and as im walking out the door behind them the staff finally begin to take the elderly customers order. I have been a sales executive for a very long time and there is absolutely no way as a District, Regional or V.P. would i tolerate this poor example of customer service. This was sad: the proper response was for the manager to get off the phone and take care of the customers at the counter first, also if she was short staffed explain that to the waiting customers. Sales are not always dropping because of external stimuli sometimes your staff is whats killing your YOY sales....oh! After leaving I went to Chick-fil-A where they treated me like they valued...

Make sure your employees listen intently to the order and the preparers give you what you requested not what they want to give you. And put a working phone number on your website, so when these mistakes occur your employees can be held accountable…. Earlier in the day I was there my order was perfect and it wasn’t a difficult just like when I picked up the 2 boxes that deal that was advertised, my receipt says what I ordered yet that’s not what was given, if I lived closer I definitely would’ve been back there to have this corrected. And I shouldn’t have to pull over to check my boxes but now I guess you got to. Very disappointed especially when I was looking forward to eating my breast n wing I ordered but never received, since I work down the street I will be in to bring this to yal...

Horrible customer service!!!!! They told me it will be a 4 minute wait for Mild Chicken Strips, ok that was no problem 7 minutes rolled around. No food. 10 minutes rolled around still NO FOOD!!!! I Go inside to inform them that I have been waiting on my order almost 10minutes, the girl (Sushanna) Who took my order bring her dumb ass from the back with a bowl in her hand eating telling the manager that she forgot she had a car waiting outside! That was rude as hell!!!!! I was hungry to just like her only difference is I was OFF WORK, SHE WASN'T! Then top it off they didn't even give me my red beans and rice. SMFH!
