Absolutely the worst experience which was a while new game changer. Usually they are friendly and pleasant. Never EVER will I order if the young red head worker is there , the one working in the afternoon of May 11. I ordered and was charged for 2 House salads yet (a) was given a tossed salad and (b) the alleged house salad had no eggs or pickled okra.
The sandwich was soggy yet cold and the carrying bag greasy and had spaghetti spilt on it. I should have known better than to order due to her unfriendly customer service which the following 3 customers also got! I had to wait 25 minutes and observed how the following 3 customers told her exactly what I said āthat how the order was being handled was not the normā. First lady upset left, the other tried (as I had) try to explain how we were accommodated on orders vs how she was handling the service. Redhead girl argued with the lady. Had it not been that we really wanted the sandwiches for Motherās Day, we would have left. And will turn around n leave anytime that unfriendly red head gal is there. Donāt know if sheās family to owner n she feels entitled to be stand off ish and rude, but she took on a smirkish attitude when bringing order to table. Does not matter food is and in that sense pickings are slimming there and how if the customer service is not there; clients will walk out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's a storefront pizza place. Very clean inside. Less than 10 small bistro tables with crammed seating for 4 at each table. Self serve fountain drinks. I wanted tea but that multi-dispenser only served me water. I went there with my sister, niece & nephew after volleyball & thank goodness it was only us 4 because we were very crowded at our table. Several people came in for carry out orders while we were there, so I'm guessing that's what most people do. I was very pleased that their lunch specials were not just M-F because we all 4 got that on a Saturday. I got The Mario & it was pretty good. The deep dish isn't traditional deep, but more like regular with the sides pinched up high. But it tasted good. The small deep pizza is 4 slices & the size of the old school Pizza Hut "personal pan pizza". The salads were huge & pretty yummy. Not wilted or anything. Came with 2 pks of crackers & a small dressing cup. I suggest getting a 2nd dressing cup if you don't like dry, lots of shredded carrots salad. But again, tasted fine. None of us were disappointed or dissatisfied in our lunch. But none of us were wowed either. We had a nice, stripmall, local pizza...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI absolutely LOVE Knolla's buffalo chicken pizza!! We were excited when they opened in Maize as this is closest to us. The first few times our family went in to eat and ordered several pizzas, the buffalo chicken did not have the celery on it, which in my opinion absolutely makes this pizza. When I asked about it, I was told they were out of celery. Since that happened three separate times we just stopped eating there. But then yesterday (New Years Eve) we decided to try one more time. I called in the morning and explained what had happened and asked if they had celery this time. I was assured that they did. We were taking the pizza home so when we went in I verefied with the girl taking the order that yes, they had celery to go on the pizza. We got the pizzas and left and when we got home and looked, there didnt seem to be any celery. We started taking the toppings off each piece and in a giant pizza, there was one (yes, only one) piece of celery. Now I'm sure you are thinking I must have missed it, but I completely ruined that pizza looking for the celery and it was just not there. Except for one piece that is. We are done...
