Around 4pm, I ordered two burgers at the drive through. I stared specifically no mayonnaise on the burgers. Sure enough it is full of mayonnaise. I drive back around and talk to the lady at the window again. She stated that I didn't say no mayonnaise. I replied, I did specifically said no mayonnaise or anything else on it, just the regular burgers. Her reply is be honest, you didn't say that. Implying that I am a liar. I said, listen lady. I don't lie about such a stupid thing as the junk food Burger King sells. And sure as hell I don't need to get into an argument with you. She then asked for the worthless food back and will get me new ones. I gave her back the burgers back, said I don't want your food and drove off without picking up the new ones as I was fairly upset. Then decided to go tell the manager. A young man, who couldn't speak much. Nothing professional about his way of handling the issue. Al the sudden an other worthless server starts opening her pie hole defending her worthless friend Regina. While trying to give me the new burgers. At this point I had lost alm appetite and told her through it in the trash, you keep my money and through that junk in the trash. I didn't even ask for money back to show the worthless Regina and her friend that I am not trying to get free burgers from you. Fist of all, I don't need to have such aggregation from a stupid emply at stupid Burger King. I stared no mayonnaise, you don't need to argue with a costumer and tell them they are liar's. Perhaps you are on your on your monthly and your trust in honest and good people are lacking because you are emotionally immature and can't handle your monthly period properly. I am at your restaurant to order food, the last thing I need is such attitude from a Burger King employee. I paid and you are not doing me a favor. Secondly, who is operating this stupid place, what are you not hiring proper people and most importantly are you training your employees to argue and accuse costumer's as liar. Do you think this is the proper way of running a service business? Well you just lost a good costumer now, you got my money for free but you will not receive a penny more from me for a long time to come as to Regina, you need better training and learn to shut your pie hole as well as the second byatch at the front counter. Also, learn how to leave your stupid emotion at home. I don't know why do feel like calling everyone a liar and not consider that you might have not heard me properly or simply you are just not very patient and. Don't care much about you work to treat everyone with respect. No one needs your attitude. The bulk of the blame goes to the management and training staff, the failure is yours. I wish I could give you zero stars as that is what you deserve. For good and honest people who wants a quick bite to eat. Please avoid this location and don't buy from Burger King at all if you can avoid...
Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was here on drive through February 1st around 720pm with my wife. We ordered two whoppers. At the second window where we were supposed to pay and receive food from, I presented the cashier with a coupon from the burger king app. The cashier called the supervisor, Mr. Manny. Manny came and questioned me, Hey why didnt you tell us when ordering, that you had coupons? I told him, I did not know that was the rule since all other places you just order and present the coupon at the counter i.e. when you pay. Then Manny told me and my wife, yes you need to tell at the time when you order, very harshly. I told him I was sorry and did not want to argue with him. I am a white collar person and surely do not want to argue for $5 with someone like him. I told him we were sorry about this(sorry for the 2nd time) and we were fine if he did not give us the food. He replied, no you wont be served and did not give us the food, nor did take payment. Me and my wife were on Shock!! My wife literally cried!! We drove from West Virginia, Charlestown and she was hungry. Never have either of us faced such a situation in any place in the US. We left from the drive through and then parked our car only to go inside and ask the cashier the name of the supervisor(which was Mr. Manny). Whoever the owner or management or Manager is please look into this. The way he treated me is awful and specially infront of a woman the way he was harsh and ended up rejecting our order, It is Unacceptable. I will write to corporate too and let them know. People like Manny need to understand that it is for customers like us that he gets to have the job he has!
We came home and ordered a pizza...
Read more=2/2024= Went through drive thru. Young man over the speaker asked me to hold for a minute before ordering. The wait went from 5 minutes to almost 10 minutes until I spoke into the speaker saying hello to see if the young man was ready for me to order. The young man's attitude was off putting as I was on his time and not my time. Finally was able to order and drove around to the first window. The young man's attitude was annoying to the point that I almost had to tell him about himself. Went to the next window and the same young man came to the drive thru window to tell me to pull up to wait for my food. Less than 5 minutes, my food was brought out. Not sure if they were short staffed or what but the inside of the burger king was empty of customers. I didn't have a good customer experience during this visit.
The drive thru speaker is very crackly so it's hard to understand the employee when they were asking for my order. I had to repeat my order two times for the employee to hear me. The employee at the pay window (male) was very pleasant as well as the employee (female) at the window where I received my food. I was very happy with the service and my child was happy with his food. Very good...
