Unless you want a Barista, Helder, to yell at you extremely passive aggressively the second you walk in “HELLOOOOO WELCOME IIIINNNNNNNN!!!!!” Then I suggest not coming here. Only if you take your coffee with a HEAVY dose of insincerity and pettiness the moment you you walk through the door should you come here. I saw him be very aggressive to a female barista working along side him, he was frantic and clearly didn’t care for her as he bumped her multiple times. Then as he was slamming cups on the counter next to her, EXTREMELY aggressively, she said that what he was doing was unnecessary and asked him to stop. To which he yelled at her “SERIOUSLY?!?!” And then the barista he was being so rude to began to cry and neither him, nor her other coworker checked on her and just ignored her as she cried and tried to continue to work. No one should have to be treated like that at work, it’s such a shame. It’s a horrible look on the company that they would EVER allow someone who is so rude and outwardly aggressive to his fellow employees to work for the company. I could not believe what I was witnessing and it baffles me he is still employed there! Does management just really not care about the health and well being of their employees? Clearly not. I’m never returning to this location because I’m not trying to witness a grown man being given a free pass to be openly aggressive and abusive towards one of his female coworkers. Enough is...
Read moreUpdated 2 stars. Because given 4 dollar card for next time.. Yet Starbucks has been sloppy lately so overall I am disappointed. Oscar was rude and argumentative after watching Elise , Pour half my drink in the sink because I asked for one scoop of extra ice. With an attitude Oscar said he wasn't allowed to give out bigger cups! Was he joking I have been a gm at so many fast casual concepts. This was appuling to have to argue over extra ice.. I said no I payed 90 cents for a shot and 70 cent for coconut milk why would you pour any out? I get a Starbucks drink literally everyday. This is unexcepptable and is an immense headache when paying 7 dollars for a drink. Is it not common sense to not pour out half a 7 dollar drink? Next time this happens I will request a refund for the amount of drink wasted. I use the app but no longer trust the staff to make sure all contents of what I payed for are into the cup so I will order in person. Please get it together Starbucks. You're way to...
Read moreI forgot to leave my review. This was from January. I called early in the morning and asked if I could put in an order for around 7pm. It was a very large order and I didn't want to just walk in and spring it on them. They told me that I couldn't order ahead which is fine no big deal.
I arrive around 6pm to put in the order. I informed them that I wasn't in a hurry and to please help the 2 people behind me first and anyone else that happens to walk in.
A coworker's friend comes to visit her at work and the two coworkers and the friend huddle around the cashier counter while I'm loading my car and make snide and rude comments about me the whole time. I did everythung I could to be a reasonable customer. I won't be back to this one. This is the second time I've caught unnecessary attitude at...
