Arby's — Restaurant in Manchester

Recently went to pick up a order and the cashier informed me that they were not able to complete the order. This is perfectly fine with me. What made me give the negative review was the terrible attitude of the employee. Since they were closed down, I sat in the drive thru for a minute trying to contact delivery support. She came back to the window with a very bad attitude and told me to leave. I asked for her name so I could speak to the manager about her and she would not give me her name. Then I asked to speak to the manager and she also told me that she wasn't going to let me talk to the manager. I don't know what her deal was, but she shouldn't be working a customer service job if she is going to push away customers and talk that way to people. There was no reason for me to have to move that quickly since they were shut down because of the weather. Unbelievable. I will get in touch with the manager to address...

4.5⭐️'s 9/7/24: This location is always clean and stress free. The only reason for less than 5 stars was the new hamburger. My usual go-to for Arby's is the roast beef and curly fries. This time I tried their new hamburger. This is my opinion: Pro's - It's as big as the bun, thick, and Juicy. The sauce (no mayo offered) was tasty. Con's - Thick - With bun and lettuce, pickles, onion, etc, i almost couldn't get it in my mouth lol. Dense‐ Usually when you fry hamburger, there is some "looseness " to the patty. The 2 stars are for the incredible, friendly front counter staff! What great kids!😃. However, Arby’s has changed their bacon Swiss sandwich. The chicken is no longer thick and juicy, but a thin(3/8 inch), hard slab of breaded chopped chicken. Unfortunately, I bought carry out, and had to cook grilled cheese sandwiches at home( time, mess, cleanup I had hoped to avoid by getting food from Arby’s) to replace the meal because these were way too hard and dry to eat. Another sad thing is that I had bragged on these sandwiches just last week and encouraged friends to buy them. Now, I have to call those folks and warn them not to get the chicken sandwiches from Arby’s because they are no longer delicious. Quite the opposite! ...
