Aroma Joe's #34 — Restaurant in Manchester

Horrible. I never leave bad reviews, but my visit this morning warrants it. We waited in the drive thru for roughly 25 min, if not more, for just an iced coffee and eggs bites. There was only 1 car in front of us, and by the looks of it, they only ordered an iced coffee. After maybe 15 min of waiting at the pickup window, the man working there FINALLY opened the window and asked us again what we ordered because they "forgot." Why let us sit there for so long, wothout even checking on us? So rude and horrible service. If we hadn't already paid we would have driven off long before. I've never had this experience at an Aroma Joe's before. I adore Aroma Joe's, I tell everyone great things about them. But this location needs to get its act together. DO NOT COME HERE. If it were busy, I would've understood, but it wasn't busy at all. It was us and one other car. A total waste of time and gas. I usually go to Aroma Joe's #101, and even on a busy workday morning my order is ready by the time I drive up to the next window. I will never go to this location again. 2 stars only because one of the employees gave us a free drink card for the wait, which is honestly the LEAST they could have done. This...

4.5 rating. Usually excellent coffee. However everytime(more often than not) we order food they forget to give it to us after paying.in the mornings alot of the times the line goes into the street it would be nice if it started going into.the parking lot instead. There are those people that drive thru the lot and try to wedge themselves into the line in front of the people that have been waiting and others in the street. (Perhaps the same ones that cut the line in kindergarten lol)Maybe they should put up a sign saying if you do that you wont be. Served for the day. I bet it would stop ;) other than that the service is great professional and friendly. They know us by name and remember our order sometimes even have it ready when they see us waiting patiently) very impressive. The owner responds in a timely manner when necessary. The drinks are great and the staff is always super nice! I love that about this place!

I do wish it were a bit cleaner. There are a lot of flies and dusty unwashed surfaces. It makes me wonder how clean things are that I don’t see. I also seem to wait a long time, whether it’s busy or slow. Most recently, I stood at the cash register and waited for the cashier to count all the coins in the drawer before taking my order, with a line of people behind me. I don’t think the staff has a sense of urgency getting people in and out quickly. Usually I’m not in & out at this place.

This is my neighborhood coffee shop, and I love coming into the friendly environment and the great coffee! I also want to support this place since it’s an owner-run franchise! But I wish the cleanliness and staff’s sense of urgency could be a little more on par with some of the other nearby...
