I called Samsung to get my 1 free screen protector replacement on my Flip 5 because while on vacation, the factory installed protector started to bubble. My warranty was about to expire in about a week. Samsung referred me to this store. I scheduled the appointment (they are about 1.5 hours away), and upon arriving, they started to say they needed something from Samsung to do the replacement, or they had to charge me (which was false). I felt they should have known the process, and I should not have to drive 1.5 hours to find out they did not know what to do. Long story short, after about an hour on the phone with Samsung (and waiting), they finally did the replacement. And I must say, the replacement was almost PERFECT. Kudos to the guy that did the work. He obviously knows how to do this replacement on a foldable screen. I thought it might not hold up, and I would have to get an aftermarket kit online and redo myself, but he mastered it! Over a month later, and it looks as good as the factory install. I would have given 5 stars if they had known how to process the claim, and I did not have to deal with the aggravation of managing the communication with Samsung to get the repair done. I am posting this review, so if anyone else needs to get a foldable screen protector replaced in Manchester NH, they will know this store has a guy that knows his stuff. As a side note, being a machinist, I used an eye loupe to inspect the fold area after the install, and I did see a hair-line of extremely small micro-bubbles. But within hours, they disappeared. Read moreThe WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE. I regret of EVER buying anything from this place. I was treated with such disrespect. I bought a battery last year for my camper. The battery died just over a year. Came into the store to check the battery out and I was immediately accused that I did not properly maintain the battery. Supposedly the battery that's meant to be for the outside use froze up and cracked. The employee that greater me and his manager Mathew Sanders did not care about helping me in any way. They, especially the Manager were under the assumption that I came there to argue. I came to see if we can come to terms and buy a new battery since the first time I bought the battery I was not let aware of the battery maintenance and the proper care. He just kept assuming and tried in any way not to help me. He then said to me "now that you are talking to me like a two year old" I don't want to help you. And then said "now that you have lied to us". What? Is this the proper way to talk to your customer? I asked for the owner's name to call and complain. He gave me the card with his name Jay Kolodze and was told that he was not in today. I called one of the other locations and the employee said that the owner is in Manchester. Really? Read moreAmazingly great experience. Prices were amazingly low, and the tech guy at the sales counter was amazingly smart at solving key-fob problems by switching a few parts without replacing whole fobs. Final cost was a tiny fraction of what the dealer told me. The 2 bad fobs both work great now.
One of his tricks was to combine the best parts of both fobs to create a new fob, which he called the Frankenstein fob. Works great!
When I told him I was amazed at how smart he was, he said it was just that he had LOTS of experience detecting which parts of fobs were bad. His fancy testing equipment helped too, so the problems were solved amazingly fast.
Also, about a separate matter (not involving cars), I was surprised that other kinds of tiny batteries were easily available to grab off the shelf, and nicely organized to find the right ones immediately.
Fast service, low prices, smart guy... wow!
When I arrived, there was a line to wait in, after other customers, but the line moved quickly, and extra employees promptly showed up at registers to move the line fast.
