Very bad customer service from the manager jasmine at this location. I placed an online order, had my boyfriend pick it up forgetting to let him know it wasn’t paid for a simple miscommunication. The guy that handed the order to my boyfriend also didn’t communicate that the order hadn’t yet been paid for instead told him the order was all set when he arrived to pick it up. This employee let my boyfriend walk out without paying which is an example of bad communication and lack of doing their job as a cashier. I received a missed call and Jasmine left a voicemail stating I needed to pay for the order or she’d call the cops which was understandable. I called back within 3 minutes to let her know I didn’t let my boyfriend know it wasn’t paid for and the employee said the order was all set & that it was a misunderstanding I apologized. I told her I could pay right now and I did She then proceeded to tell me very aggressively that if that were to ever happen again I am banned. As a loyal customer who’s never done that before, faithfully orders with them all the time and pays everytime you guys lost me as a customer. After this review I will not be putting any money into that dominos again. Not only was it a miss communication from my end but it was also your front counter employees job to make sure the orders are paid for before that customer even gets that food let alone let that customer leave the parking lot. Do better before threatening to band a faithful customer over your worker not doing their job correctly let alone I called back so quick and paid for my order. I use to love this dominos would be my go to after a long shift when I'm too tired to cook my last two order experiences have been awful. The first the driver took so long after he left the store to deliver that my food was cold I dont live far from the location maybe 10 minutes it ook an hour after the driver left. Then I called and I wouldn't usually but dominos pizza doesn't heat up well the replacement pizzas I received due to them not doing being able to do refunds apparently were also barely warm cheese not meltey I didn't even call again I was so hangry. I work In service so I try to be understanding and gave them another go. My order tonight I'll first start by saying my driver never called my number they claimed the number wasn't good but its been the same number on my account for years I was also tracking the order on my app and had my boyfriend waiting outside when it said the driver was 2 mins away via text message. 5mins later my boyfriend comes back saying the driver wasn't outside but I had a delivered notification he looked at all entrances no food so I called and they claimed the driver called me the number was bad again I had no calls and even if they couldn't get ahold of my we were outside waiting they could have just told me they made a mistake and delivered to the wrong address they said they were sending the driver back my way with the food but 20+ mins later they came with the food and it was cold again. Probably my pregnancy hormones but I found this very frustrating I just shouldn't have to order hot food to have to heat it up in the oven...

Okay, pizza lovers, buckle up because I just had a flavor explosion courtesy of Domino's. I decided to go all out and customize my thin crust pizza to the tailoring of the famous TikTok viral pizza. I did change it up a little to thin crust and let me tell you, it was worth every single calorie.
