Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manchester

i always mobile order here and the experience is ALWAYS and CONSISTENTLY awful. the app quoted me a 10min wait today like it always does, and while i wasn’t expecting it to be that fast (because it never is) i definitely didn’t expect it to take over 30 minutes. i had plenty of time for a 10-15, even 20 minute wait, but 30 minutes for a coffee and a croissant is absolutely unacceptable. it wasn’t even the girl at the front counter’s fault, and she was getting other people (who only ordered drinks) out very quickly. the girl who was on food needs a serious fire lit under her. at one point the manager had to take over for her since the drive thru and inside was all people just waiting for their food. this experience was just particularly annoying because i could tell everyone besides one person was working as fast as they could to get people in and out. very disappointed in...

America may run on Dunkin', but it's not attributed to their food! With the exception of the donuts, I mean. At least not at this location. I rarely order anything except a latte and on occasion a cake donut, but today I tried a breakfast croissant sandwich. It was terrible. The croissant was smashed flat, the turkey sausage tasted funny and it was not hot - closer to room temperature, and the cheese was actually cold. If I hadn't have needed to get back to work I would've gone inside and talked to someone. Usually they been OK but today was ridiculous. I ordered an iced Carmel coffee with sugar and cream a large coffee with sugar and cream and a lemon donut. I get up to the window the hand me my hot coffee at seemed fine then they try to hand me the Carmel coffee would you can tell did not have any cream in it.
