Horrible customer service at Subway on Hillsboro!!
Location messed up my order and gave me someone else’s sandwich. When I called to see about getting it corrected the manager on duty Alana went into this big long explanation of how they got extremely busy right before I showed up and were still making my sandwich. I felt I was getting nowhere with her as she was just interested in giving excuses and throwing blame not in fixing their error. I asked to speak to the manager, for which she replied she was the manager. I asked to speak to her supervisor for which she refused. She then offered to fix the sandwich and I told her I did not feel comfortable with her handling my food after our conversation, that I just wanted a refund. She said fine. Then 5 minutes later, I got a call from another employee that said I needed to return my order to get a refund. I explained it would cost as much in gas as the sandwich was worth to return back to the restaurant. I’ve now had numerous conversations with this restaurant and no resolution. No refund, no supervisor contact. I’m stuck with a sandwich I did not order and no dinner tonight. This is ridiculous…what has happened to...
Read moreI placed a mobile order at 2:10 and it said it would be ready by 2:30. At 2:35 it finally says “ready”. I go in and stand there for 5 minutes, while they are making two sandwiches for the people in line (which is fine). But then the girl got to me and I told her I had a mobile order. She then goes to make my food and tells me to go ahead and get my drink. I asked “is it not ready? I ordered it 30 minutes ago and it said it was ready..” She said “we haven’t had time. We have to do the customers first”. I told her “I’m pretty sure when you place a mobile order you’re still a customer”. The girl was young and sweet.
