McDonald's — Restaurant in Manchester

Honestly everytime I eat this food it kills my stomach. Not because of the food, just the fact that so much of it is greasy and oily. My kids like it, (I know I know, which american child doesn't :( ) and that's enough to make me buy it. Ate their today, and as soon as we walked in, the cashier left to go do something near the bathrooms, and an additional worker who I assume was on break, had to tell her to wait til later, so she could take my order. Got my kids food and a sweer tea, all good at this point. Bout 10 min later second order for myself, my fiancee, and ny dad. In our order we got a mcflurry for my kids to share, had an unpleasant surprise of a hair in it. When my fiancee went to get it replaced, the cashier said itvwasnt possible for a hair to get in it, as she was a. surrounded by people with hair with no covering, and b. rude about us asking for a replacement. Of course as my kids were just being kids, we ate in the "play place". Insanely loud in there. (Side note: Not McDonald's fault that parents are so tuned into their cell phones that their ears atop working) Maybe the district manager could suggest workers could try to remind parents, while it is fast food, it's still a restaurant, and they are still indoors. Finally three tired children later and a massive headache later, we headed out. 3 stars cause at the food was correct, with the exception of the hair, I didn't order that. 3 stars because the fries were not fresh, and not hot. Warming light warm but not a degree more. 3 stars because you should not take your annoyance of fixing your own mistake out on the customers. 3 stars because worker on break should be enjoying their break, not telling their coworker to basically pay attention and do the job they should have already been doing.

I ordered the $5 McDouble meal then proceeded to pay for my order. Once they had my money and pulled me to the next window I was asked to pull to the side to wait on the one meal I ordered. I told them I prefer they ask me that before they take my money next time but I proceeded instead of holding up their window time. After receiving my order I went to work across the street and discovered there was only one piece of meat on my sandwich. I called and told them it seems they always mess up my order and asked told how my burger only had one piece of meat. I came to get the remade order and came back to work and to my surprise AGAIN made with only one meat patty and now my fries are surely cold. I called and spoke with manager Damien about it and he told me I was lying and that he personally watched them make it with 2. I told him to check the cameras because I wasn’t lying. He stuck to his lie and hung up on me. When I called back he refused to answer. I had to call from a different phone for him to answer and give me his name. My order was 1/21/25 at 11:29am I don’t need an apology for being called a lier and being lied to but this manager needs more training starting at home with basic respect for others. I ask that McDonald’s have him pull up the camera and see who is lying. I shouldn’t have to come there twice to have my order wrong both times then called a lier and be lied to. I will forever after wait on my order and check my order at the window. I advise everyone else to do the same at...

AVOID THIS PLACE. This was the worst McDonald’s place and run by people who either don’t care or don’t know what they’re doing. We went through the drive-thru and some of the order was right but they gave my husband a Big Mac instead of the Quarter Pounder he ordered. No big deal, mistakes happen but it just went downhill from there. We ordered two blueberry cream pies, and after we paid, they told us they had none ready. Then they offered us ice cream instead, and also said they were still baking pies and that it would take about 8 minutes if we were willing to wait. We waited. And waited. Over 30 minutes passed. My husband went inside to check, only to find out that there were no pies baking at all. They flat-out lied or forgot. Either way, it’s beyond careless. Only one woman seemed to be working while the rest of the staff stood around talking and doing nothing. We weren't the only ones , another woman behind us waited just as long, and we overheard multiple other order issues inside. This location is run by people who either don’t care or don’t know what they’re doing. They wasted our time, messed up our food, and couldn't even follow through on what they said. The crew seriously needs to be replaced with people who are actually competent and respectful of customers.
