Placed a mobile order around 3:50, app said it would be ready at 4 and to pull into a station. Got to the location around 4:04, put the info into the app and saw the screen say my name and that my order would be out shortly, around 7 minutes later screen said I had my food and to have a good day, giving the workers extra time because I work in fast food and I understand it gets busy, I wait 3 more minutes before hitting the call button. When I press the button a lady comes on and snaps at me that the stations are closed and hangs up on me, I press it again because I had a mobile order and it's what the app told me to do and usually if they're understaffed they put out signs or cones letting people know the stations are closed. The so called manager alicia tells me I HAVE to come up to the window, I let her know I'm not waiting in another line after sitting here for 10 minutes on a mobile order, they knew I was there and never said a thing till I pressed the button, she told me to go to the window and they wouldn't come outside. So I get out of my car and walk up to the window and she yells at me because I can't stand there...I ask for my food or a refund and she tells me no and she can't do that, I ask for the manager or someone in charge and she tells me it's HER store and she's the manager and that if I want my food I have to stand to the side which I do, another lady come out the door and WALKS ANOTHER ORDER TO A CAR RIGHT NEXT TO WHERE I WAS PARKED. I asked the lady outside the managers name when she tells me Alicia is her name, at this point I'm handed a bag and 2 drinks and told to leave, none of which was my food I let them know this and they tell me I'm wrong and that this was what was ordered, I give them my whole order again and finally she takes it off the table where it's been sitting getting cold for at least another 10 minutes while I stand pregnant in the cold. Alicia needs to be retrained or straight up fired if she's the manager and that's how she chooses to run the store, it's the managers job to staff properly, or put out signs or cones letting us know to go through drive through or at least tell us when the mobile order showed up at the station to pull up to the drive through before letting us sit there 10 minutes. Read moreWe came here for lunch hoping for a good meal and parked at one of the stalls. After we figured out what we wanted, we pressed the button, and after at least five minutes of waiting, someone finally came on the speaker but talked way too fast and it was way too much static and no one could hear whatever they said at all.We waited for a little longer until we pulled out of the stall and parked in the lot. We ordered online and it told us to pull into a stall, push the button, and someone would bring the food to us. We did that, and after two minutes of waiting, the same thing happened where someone talked but it was not understandable. We eventually went up to the front of the building hoping to talk to someone and get our food, but there was nothing. So we went through the drive thru and told them we had an app order, and they told us to go to the window. We did, and someone came through the window and asked for our card. We gave it to them, but then said we got it on the app and had already paid for it. He asked for the name of the order and we told him, just for him to wait there for a moment and ask for the name again, and after we told him for a second time he went back into the store from the window. A minute later another person came through the window and gave us our food. All in all it took an hour for us to even get our food. We parked and ate it, and it was horrible. The pretzel twists were mediocre in their own and the cheese sauce made it even worse. I had some tater tots, which were cold, dry, and tasted like a 50 year old man’s bath water. Read moreSlowest drive thru on the face of the earth. You may be sitting still for 10 minutes at a time. EDIT: On Saturday August 14th, all of the lights on the building were shut off and the drive thru was closed an hour before midnight, which is the posted closing time. The time should be updated if it has changed, otherwise why did they close up so early? We returned for lunch the following day and the drive thru was not terribly slow like it has been for us in the past, though we've always gone later in the day. I ordered a large popcorn chicken meal with tater tots, a coke, and a separate side of mozzarella sticks. My partner ordered a burger with tater tots, a Hi-C, and a separate side of mozzarella sticks as well. When we got our food, there was a tater tots missing, which they were able to get us quickly. Later when we got home, we noticed they did not give us ranch dipping sauce like I had asked. This is something I would normally overlook, if it wasn't for the other issues we experienced this day. My partner's burger was DRENCHED in ketchup. The top bun was completely soaked and it was covering the entire inside of the wrapper. He had also ordered a large meal and received a medium Hi-C. The rest of the food was good, though later on we both experienced mild food poisoning that was not very pleasant.
