Sonic owner keeps “replying” to say to report this issue elsewhere… what good are you then? I actually just wanted to report a pretty terrible experience. I understand this is fast food I don't expect perfect but things cost too much now to just accept it. I placed an order online. Went and picked it up. The $4 wrap was 2 inches big and I was given a mini wrap for full size price. My drink had zero ice in it (and no one mentioned that when giving it to me). I got back into the long drive-through line because at that point it was the lunch hour and the line was long. I waited to get up to the line and explain to them what was going on I pulled forward, and they did not have replacement items ready for me. The girl just asked me what my "issue was" and I explained for a second time. By this point I just asked that they take all food back and refund me. Then she gestured at my drink with a straw and said "well if you drank that you're not getting a refund" I asked for a manager. They sent one person over to the window who said they were manager and then, as soon as I started talking that person closed the window on me and gave another person to me. I re explained my issue for the third time. At this point 20 min after my initial order pickup. She was irritated with me but did finally initiate my refund but was very short and pushed the receipt at me. 4 times I had to explain something pretty simple

The kids and I enjoy Sonic and wish there was one closer to us. You drive up and park and get your food brought to you while being in the comfort of your own car. Seriously, a parents dream. Everyone picks something they like and no fighting at a table. It doesn't hurt your wallet, and the wait staff so far have always been pleasant. They don't always remember everything but will fix it when you ask. Please open one up near Waterford CT, lol. I came today. Number 13 screen is broken, I guess, but was able to order anyway. I got a grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich didn't look terribly appetizing. I did taste it either. Chicken was tough to bite. I couldn't finish the sandwich. Usually, get the chicken bites. He probably should've stuck with the usual. The car hop came,no skates, practically put his arms and body in my car. Umm, Covid, buddy. Step back. I had to tell him to slow down. I came today and was in line for half an hour , no lanes open, and two people working inside the restaurant. Props to the two who came to work and kept this business going. One star added.

Next day update: our card was charged for the meal. ANOTHER update: after 3 weeks, 5 phone calls, and finally just showing up at the restaurant, we got a cash refund of $35.36… still 5¢ short of the meal we paid for and never got, but at this point it’s not worth going back. At least they tried!!!

The kids and I enjoy Sonic and wish there was one closer to us. You drive up and park and get your food brought to you while being in the comfort of your own car. Seriously, a parents dream. Everyone picks something they like and no fighting at a table. It doesn't hurt your wallet, and the wait staff so far have always been pleasant. Placed a mobile order around 3:50, app said it would be ready at 4 and to pull into a station. Got to the location around 4:04, put the info into the app and saw the screen say my name and that my order would be out shortly, around 7 minutes later screen said I had my food and to have a good day, giving the workers extra time because I work in fast food and I understand it gets busy, I wait 3 more minutes before hitting the call button. When I press the button a lady comes on and snaps at me that the stations are closed and hangs up on me, I press it again because I had a mobile order and it's what the app told me to do and usually if they're understaffed they put out signs or cones letting people know the stations are closed. The so called manager alicia tells me I HAVE to come up to the window, I let her know I'm not waiting in another line after sitting here for 10 minutes on a mobile order, they knew I was there and never said a thing till I pressed the button, she told me to go to the window and they wouldn't come outside. So I get out of my car and walk up to the window and she yells at me because I can't stand there...I ask for my food or a refund and she tells me no and she can't do that, I ask for the manager or someone in charge and she tells me it's HER store and she's the manager and that if I want my food I have to stand to the side which I do, another lady come out the door and WALKS ANOTHER ORDER TO A CAR RIGHT NEXT TO WHERE I WAS PARKED. I asked the lady outside the managers name when she tells me Alicia is her name, at this point I'm handed a bag and 2 drinks and told to leave, none of which was my food I let them know this and they tell me I'm wrong and that this was what was ordered, I give them my whole order again and finally she takes it off the table where it's been sitting getting cold for at least another 10 minutes while I stand pregnant in the cold. Alicia needs to be retrained or straight up fired if she's the manager and that's how she chooses to run the store, it's the managers job to staff properly, or put out signs or cones letting us know to go through drive through or at least tell us when the mobile order showed up at the station to pull up to the drive through before letting us sit there 10 minutes. Really disappointed already put a complaint through app and still can't get a refund. UPDATE over a month later and no refund and was...

We came here for lunch hoping for a good meal and parked at one of the stalls. After we figured out what we wanted, we pressed the button, and after at least five minutes of waiting, someone finally came on the speaker but talked way too fast and it was way too much static and no one could hear whatever they said at all.We waited for a little longer until we pulled out of the stall and parked in the lot. We ordered online and it told us to pull into a stall, push the button, and someone would bring the food to us. We did that, and after two minutes of waiting, the same thing happened where someone talked but it was not understandable. We eventually went up to the front of the building hoping to talk to someone and get our food, but there was nothing. So we went through the drive thru and told them we had an app order, and they told us to go to the window. We did, and someone came through the window and asked for our card. We gave it to them, but then said we got it on the app and had already paid for it. He asked for the name of the order and we told him, just for him to wait there for a moment and ask for the name again, and after we told him for a second time he went back into the store from the window. A minute later another person came through the window and gave us our food. All in all it took an hour for us to even get our food. We parked and ate it, and it was horrible. The pretzel twists were mediocre in their own and the cheese sauce made it even worse. I had some tater tots, which were cold, dry, and tasted like a 50 year old man’s bath water. Would not recommend, don’t eat here. We also got the wrong drink which made us very upset. If I could give negative stars, I would, and I am not going to go to some website to give...

Slowest drive thru on the face of the earth. You may be sitting still for 10 minutes at a time. EDIT: On Saturday August 14th, all of the lights on the building were shut off and the drive thru was closed an hour before midnight, which is the posted closing time. The time should be updated if it has changed, otherwise why did they close up so early? We returned for lunch the following day and the drive thru was not terribly slow like it has been for us in the past, though we've always gone later in the day. I ordered a large popcorn chicken meal with tater tots, a coke, and a separate side of mozzarella sticks. My partner ordered a burger with tater tots, a Hi-C, and a separate side of mozzarella sticks as well. When we got our food, there was a tater tots missing, which they were able to get us quickly. Later when we got home, we noticed they did not give us ranch dipping sauce like I had asked. This is something I would normally overlook, if it wasn't for the other issues we experienced this day. My partner's burger was DRENCHED in ketchup. The top bun was completely soaked and it was covering the entire inside of the wrapper. He had also ordered a large meal and received a medium Hi-C. The rest of the food was good, though later on we both experienced mild food poisoning that was not very pleasant. While it is possible we had gotten it from donuts we had just bought from Walmart, I'm quite turned off from this property's food overall that we'll probably just stick to...
