Ok I have to start by saying I have been to numerous BWW’s in many places and this particular one several times. But it may be my last time! Our party of 4 ordered two 15 piece traditional wings, two six piece boneless wings, a burger and some apps. I will start with the good and move to the ugly. The person with the burger said it was good. However as picture shows, the amount of fries it came with, was crazy. Seriously the picture was taken before one was even eaten. The apps tasted ok, excepted everyone said the fried pickles did not test good and that app went uneaten! They said the breading on them tasted funny. Moving on, the boneless wings were tiny at best and more like ridiculously small! Im sad I did not take a photo of them. Mc D”s nuggets are bigger than the majority of these were! But now on to the seriously absurd. As the photos show, the bone in wings were beyond small. So small, I would love to know how old the chickens were that these wings came off of. Now I get wing sizes can very. But when you pay almost $1.50 per wing ( $22 and some change for 15). You expect to get at least normal sized wings. In the pictures you will see the picture where the wing was smaller then the mozzarella stick and almost as thin. Then there is the other picture that shows the drum sticks were smaller then my pinky finger and almost as skinny! This is just ridiculous. When we pulled into the parking lot at 1:30 on a Sunday and there were so few cars in the lot that one of the passengers commented “ are they closed”, now I know why. If BWW does not at least give you some type of value for what you are spending on their food, it won’t be long before there won’t be anymore Buffalo Wild Wings! When I can go down the road and buy wings that are two times the size or larger for 2/3rds the cost, why come here. BWW do better or I...
Read moreI don't eat chicken wings very often but when I do, I want GOOD wings. My boyfriend and I went to BWW-Manchester on Tuesday which happens to be this locations "Wing Tuesday" (I don't remember what the sign stated). On Wing Tuesday, wings are buy one get one FREE. Are you one of those people who always requests ALL flats or ALL drums?! I am!! I tend not to be a fan of drums. So I proceeded to order my wings ALL flats to have my waitress come back and state it would be difficult to fulfill my request today because of the special.
As Bella walked away, I leaned over and told my BF I had considered cancelling my order. I did not because having to eat drums wasn't that detrimental. I mean, seriously, I'm not that picky. Shortly thereafter, the store manager, Mike, approached my table and explained why he was unable to fulfill my request. This act wasn't necessary because I completely understand! I worked in a restaurant for about 15 years, but the act was very much appreciated. He said he would see what he could do.
As my food arrived, Mike came through. I didn't have ALL flats but I did have MOSTLY flats. I know this is a long review but thanks for reading. My ultimate point is Mike and Bella exceeded my expectations. Bella is a very sweet, knowledgeable and personable waitress, I highly recommend asking for her if you get a chance to stop by and grab some wings!
Mike, THANK YOU for how you responded and took care of the situation. People may say you were just doing your job, which you were, but I'd like to say you were seeing both sides of the conversation! Understanding your business needs but also putting your customers wants at the top...
Read moreThis BWW needs to be shut down. The place is run by a bunch of high schoolers who are nothing but rude and unpleasant. The blonde haired high school girl needs to be fired because she has no people skills and doesn't realize BWW is a resturant and not a high school it is a requirement to talk to people with respect and if you can not do that you should find a new job. The management here is about as useless as can be with no care for the business. The food at the resturant is always horrible and sloppy. I have never been to a resturant that was as bad as this one. Do not bring your children here because the food is always either undercooked or burnt and you don't want them (or yourself) to get food poisoning. If you want wings that badly go to BJs near the mall you will appreciate everything more there. If you're reading this review and others who have said the same thing I am I promise that you will experience the same bad behavior and disgusting food as we all have. The prices are way too high for the food to be so bad and the service to be worse than the food. Seriously save your money and go elsewhere or take the longer drive to a different BWW it will be in your best interest and will save you the aggravation that you would get by coming here and trying to have a nice meal for everyone and everything inside of the restaurant to be disgusting. I would give this place 0 stars if it allowed me to do so. This resturant needs to...
