First time going in here, after watching the remodel of the plaza physically gobble up multiple store spaces to create this humongous store. Warehouse style—bare concrete floor, huge quantities of everything on high metal shelving. It’s like if you took any category of home decor you might find in Walmart or Target & multiply the quantity by 100! I’ve never seen so many pillows in my life!! UNlike Walmart, they actually had the outdoor furniture I was looking at out where I could try sitting on it! Except for not having any of the wicker chairs have the separately-sold rockers attached; & I was told there are separately-sold mechanisms to turn chairs into gliders that I didn’t see—attached or otherwise. However, one thing struck me odd: if the displayed furniture is up on a platform (~4ā€ off the floor), there’s a sign saying not to go up there to sit on it; on the floor or on a platform, I still want to try seating before I buy it! That sign further said to find an employee to help; good luck with that—unlike another reviewer on here, the only employees I saw were 1 cashiering & another up front with her I’m guessing was a backup cashier; this was about 8 pm. Also, they apparently don’t know what month it is. šŸ˜‰ (See my pic—taken on MAY 20.) I did find a rocker I’m considering: comfortable enough with a pillow that I didn’t want to get up, & only $50.

Had to spend 30 minutes to convince the manager to sell me a rug at the advertised price. I had selected a rug based on a sign posted on the rugs where it listed rug model C88 Pod22 as 199.99 and when I got to the register they tried to charge me 229.99. they pointed out that the rug had a sticker saying 229 which I agreed but pointed out that the sign, which I posted a picture of here, said 199. They did not want to honor the price. So eventually I had to walk back to the display with the manager, where she tried to say that I was confused and had selected the wrong item, except I showed her the matching model numbers. She still tried to deny me the price. So I called her bluff and said, well if I have the wrong rug then please show me to the correct one that is 199.99 and I'll buy that one. She could not produce the "correct" rug (because I already had it) and finally acquiesced and sold me the rug at the advertised price. It's a nice store and I'd like to shop here but this hassle is not worth it. Be careful with them!

This store is Home Goods, pier one, crate and barrel, West Elm rolled into one. It's huge! It has every color, style or seasonal decoration you could possibly want for your home, apartment or office. Seriously, this a few hours or more literally of walking and taking in all the different decors. Rugs, side tables, lamps, lamp shades, pictures, frames, organization baskets, bins, bathroom accessories, outdoor chairs umbrellas, seasonal, Halloween, Thanksgiving and yes Christmas is out too! Huge selection of artificial Xmas trees. Pillows are on,shelves by colors! It's awesome. Worth a trip, look around. Prices seemed to be competitive.

Let me start by saying At Home is one of my favorite stores to shop at for house supplies & decor & has been for years. Today I had a bad experience with an employee whom I believe name was Keila. I arrived at the store with my daughter and mother. My mom was looking for curtains to go with her new living room set. My mom had some curtains she purchased over 6 months ago from at home and she didn’t find any use to it because it didn’t go with her living room she purchased. I told her to return it since it was still in brand new in packaging. We went to the counter where Kelia was the cashier. We told her my mom bought this a while back and we did not have a receipt she tried looking through my mom’s at home credit card and phone numbers nothing showed the purchase history. So she stated she couldn’t return it. We left and went through the rest of the store so we can shop. I looked on at homes website and it stated you can do a return 3 times without a receipt. I ran into the manager Carlos and asked him why they couldn’t return my moms item without the receipt when the policy says something different. He didn’t know they didn’t try to do it with a license. And stated his name and said yes we can return it. After we were done shopping we went back to the front of store to buy our items. We went to a new cashier named Elise she did our return without a problem and Carlos overwrited it. We seen Keila return to her cash register and my mom said ā€œHey Carlos said we could’ve returned it with a licenseā€ her respond was ā€œokā€ so non chalant and remorseful. As much money my mom & I spend in At home we didn’t feel like valued customers. I feel like she was discriminating us for whatever reason. I have my business degree and one thing I know about customer service is the customer is always right. Hopefully one of the managers have a serious talk with Keila because her energy is not welcoming and information...

A number of frustrations every time I've been: 10% off coupon for new customers for use the next day. Didn't come in over 24 hours; employees said would be 24-48 hours (contrary to company website). over 48 hours, no coupon. Employees don't know why and don't care, even though furniture being held for use with the coupon would only be held the second day. Bought furniture. coupon came after 3 days. Couldn't / wouldn't price adjust, could return but wouldn't be able to buy again with coupon as they would be sent back (or that's what was said so they didn't have to deal with it) furniture quality is very poor. Pieces were warped, one didn't have screw holes so couldn't be assembled. Store inventory isn't accurate, so even though you call and they say they have 2 more, they don't. Now it's an incomplete set. Manager would kindly sell me the broken floor model, but wouldn't swap parts to make the one I had to return function, since that part was fine on floor model. Didn't care that it was the fifth trip to the store and we would now have an incomplete set. every employee we talked to was more interested in getting us to go away than...
