I visited the Subway on Hartford Rd, Manchester. There was a line girl working who was sweeping, she was on her personal phone using an ear piece. She said wait a minute and by my watch it was 7 minutes. She already seemed bothered by me coming in. Once at the counter she tersely asked me " what are you having". She must have seen the taken a back, puzzled but upset look on my face, and she looked even more disturbed. I have her my order and told her I did not want it toasted. She proceeded to make the sandwich without heating up the meat. When I objected she got all mad and said I was making trouble.
We argued for a moment then I walked out without getting anything. I came back a week later hoping it was not the same girl but it was. She had the same attitude and refused to serve me. When I brought up my last visit she said "if your going to bring up the past I am not serving you". I asked for her managers number and she refused. She then went in the back,seeming to go on about her work business and got on the phone with someone. I was shouting "Hello, Hello" and she finally acne out and gave me a number which turned out to be a fax number when called. I am thoroughly disgusted and angry by this treatment and that there is no one to complain to. Hopefully you can reach the owner and have them contact me while Dept of Labor mediates. Read moreToday was the day that I had enough. This location must be cursed because the staff for the prior franchisee was horrendous and this one is even worse. About two weeks ago I had ordered two protein bowls on mobile order to be ready for 12 noon. I arrived at my order was not ready and it took two people 10 minutes to make two protein bowls. I was also DEMANDED to sit down and wait for my order to be done. I mean DEMANDED to sit. You work at subway and you’re uncomfortable with people watching you make their food, or are you up to something you don’t want people to see?
BUT TODAY 4/17/25 was the last time I will ever step foot in this location.
I placed a mobile order to be picked up for 12 noon. I get to the location and the entire parking lot is being re paved with cones blocking the entrance. I called and asked for my mobile order to be canceled and refunded and she told me “ma’am we cannot do that”. This franchisee is money hungry. You can’t refund an order that you know wasn’t picked up? You have customers mobile order but know for a fact that can’t get inside your store? What is wrong with you? Since subway is virtually impossible to get in contact with, the BBB will be notified and I’ll get my 12 dollars and change back for a sandwich because a franchisee can’t conduct...

I went to this subway today (10/08/2025) and bought a subway grinder and noticed they still had the Happy Gilmore 2 cups available, I asked if I could have one and was given one. I got to the register and payed (around 18 bucks) and she asked if i wanted a drink and i said yeah thats why i got the souvenir cup. She even put the cap on it for me. Well I got to my seat and i started eating and then i decided to fill my cup, well, when i got up to the soda fountain she looked at me after i filled my drink and said i cant do that. I was confused because i bought the meal and she carried on so i went about finishing my meal. After we were done my father went up to the soda fountain to get a refill on his cup and what do you know, she shut off the machine so we couldn't get anything...and we were the only two people in the subway eating!
